  • This is one of the Possible five endings Of Project Zero 2 Wii Edition:
    How To Achieve:
    - During chapter 8 Waning Moon do not witness the three cutscenes
    - Battle the kusabi in under a minute
    - Tips
    - Do it on easy
    - Use butterfly lense and wait for a fatal frame chance then do a combo with 00 film
    - If you have crush lens and immediately hit him with it, it will kill him
    Mio heroically battles and defeats the murderous Kusabi and ends his rampage once and for all. She finally reaches Mayu who is fully possessed by Sae however something Miraculous happens, Yae who is Sae's twin sister splits herself from Mio's soul and approaches a now docile Sae. She apologizes to Sae who is all to happy to accept since her sister has returned for her. The reunited sisters then proceed with the ritual and both jump into the abyss becoming a Butterfly. Mio managed just in time to rescue Mayu and embraces her sister, her hard, courageous actions being payed off. Sae and Yae's Butterfly emerges and thanks Mio along with dozens of others who guide the girls out of the village. The repentance has finally been lifted and many spirits welcome its passing by watching the Crimson Butterflies roam around the village. Masumi is reunited with Miyako, and Itsuki and Chitose are reunited as a family with their brother Mutsuki, The spirits can at long last truly rest in piece. Mio and Mayu, hand in hand leave the village and renew their unbreakable bond.
    This ending is truly beautiful it really is a nice contrast as the game up until this point has been nothing but sadness what with all the deaths and the terrible history of the village. It really gives you a sense of accomplishment unlike some of the other endings which make you feel all the horror you waded through was for nothing. Makes you also feel happy for Mio as she finally rescued her sister making everything she fought against worth it. Best sister in the gaming world am i right ? The only suggestion I'd make is to keep the ending line "I'll never let you go again"

  • @AlmostLover13Chou
    @AlmostLover13Chou 10 лет назад +27

    I'm kind of glad this isn't the cannon ending because- although it's nice and happy- it just doesn't fit with the mood and genre of FFII and doesn't fit in with the theme of sacrifice throughout the game. I do appreciate it as an alternate ending because it's an interesting take that Mio and Mayu could both survive, but it definitely doesn't fit a horror game.

    • @bunsmasterbunny
      @bunsmasterbunny 6 лет назад +38

      Just because something is sad and depressing throughout the game doesn't mean a happy ending wouldn't fit. If anything it makes it even more fitting to see a happy ending at the end of such a tale because it shows that not everything will always end in doom and gloom.
      Something being a Horror game doesn't automatically entail a depressing ending.

      @@bunsmasterbunny ~ My thoughts exactly. Your choices and actions determine the outcome. For better or worse. I like this ending because you were able to break the towns curse, and you freed the souls trapped there. Also, the sisters realized they could live happy lives without always being side by side. I'm just sorry this ending wasn't included in the PS2 version.

  • @JabamiLain
    @JabamiLain 8 месяцев назад +2

    I can't stand the endings in which you have to sacrifice one of the sisters. Siblinghood is the most sacred bond in the world for me. So, and keeping the emotional factor in consideration, it's either "Promise" or "Shadow Festival" for me. No in-between will be reached on my watch.
    Besides, "Hellish Abyss" makes Mayu look a bit possessive. I get Mio was feeling guilty for her sister's disability and wished to suffer with her, but two wrongs won't make one right.
