    I have two 3 meter trees and I have tried everything to grow fruit , when half grown the fruit dies off, I have done this to one tree and yes a lot more fruit buds have appeared, thanks for the information.

    Why people's comment all about having two different plants? Did the plant walked on its own? Logic bro, maybe he had already succeeded on his experiment which was the final output (plant) on this video. On his 1st plant on this video, maybe he only demonstrated how he do it. But it also good to wait 60 days to showcase the actual output of the same plant. Anyways, cheer up!

      True. You can see in the second tree what he has done in the first. Plus papayas are quick to grow so there's no harm trying it for ourselves.

    I’m a papaya lover, I plant them all the times from their seeds. And yes when the plant refused to bear fruits, I learned from my grandmother to chap part of the trunk like pretending you are going to cut it off. It worked 100%.this is not fake people it’s true.

    • @kumarnitish5115

    I think this is kinda giving the plants some sort of shocks. I still remember my uncle’s wife, she had a jack-fruit tree that did not bear any fruit for years (the tree was mature for so long!). She used a knife and lightly chop several cuts near the bottom of the tree. Man, it worked! The tree gave many fruits shortly later!

      I understand by splitting the pawpaw tree in the middle (looks like one split) it help for the pawpaw to start bearing fruits, but then it would take maybe 6 weeks to heal itself, once it healed itself.
      There would be another 6 to 3 months before the pawpaw will have flowers and fruits, otherwise that is impossible within 6 weeks! Simple be honest if you want to truly help!

      The logic is the tree kind of panics and thinks it will not survive so it makes a last ditch effort to reproduce and puts all of its focus and energy into fruiting instead of building other parts like roots, leaves etc.

      @Tom-cp6cj 3 года назад +9

      Its to put stress to the tree forcing it to absorb as much nutrients to compensate for the damage to heal it, at the same time, when it bears fruit, it will be sweeter. There are many ways to do this. The bottomline is to make the tree absord as many nutrients it can and just make sure you wont over do it or else the tree will die.

      what I know is grafting to make the papaya like what she did small but growing fruits,
      basically you get a new branch from a matured tree and graft it with new roots of a papaya (saplings) you basically do a surgery and connect the branch from a matured papaya.
