I have both Knipex and Wiha in my kit. Found the Knipex on sale for $20 and the Wiha on sale for $11. Can't beat that

I definitely prefer the Knipex. They feel great in hand and can cut through bx no problem one handed and require no break in time which is great when you compare them to Klein or other similar brands. Wiha just feel cheaper and clunky in hand. Not ergonomic for my hands at all, mostly awkward to use

All of my Wiha pliers have “Swiss Made” etched in next to the rivets, they are from 2004. Not sure when they started making them in the Philippines.

I'd take the trusted Knipex if ever I could afford them 😅. Local online sellers here in Manila retail them for as much as $55 😂. Most local electrians here prefer Chinese branded linesman pliers that cost about $11-$15.

After further looking into this, it does appear that it can be used as a hammer and/or for reaming conduit.
