This house is priced highly!!! What is the size of the plot build and its square metre area? You can see the house has not given space for going behind it easily. Mugutha area cant be that priced like Tatu City area.
I totally agree with you. Even the interior is not all that. The windows are not modern, the architectural design is just kawaida. I would price the house at 10 to 12 million

I live in the US and find African real estate very interesting. The kitchen is not to my liking but the ceiling lighting is a nice touch. Also, the wardrobes is odd because they take space away from actual rooms.
I agree. Kenya has no building codes as you have in the US where height of kitchen cabinets, room size definitions etc are written regulation. You will find in Kenya a 9 X 9ft room considered a bedroom... or door knobs and handles installed more than 36 inches off the ground, as in everyone seems to do their own thing. Also, land use in Kenya is poorly regulated. That is why a $220K home as the one highlighted in this video sits so close to the perimeter wall. In some States, this is considered a fire hazard.
I live in boston...you mean them houses from the 70s with unfinished basements are better than this???😂😂😂......not unless your has was build after 2000....everything else is crap.....I did construction for 7 years ..most people cant afford new house ...a nice big house with a pool in boston is over 500k....texas is cheaper but the...hurricanes..lol.....come on people
