For 25m i feel that the wall colour & the washroom tiles and the window grills are so cheap plus the baths should have partioned shower cubicles and a bathtub for the master bedroom...anyway i love the compound but the house in my view is a bit substandard for that price

The presenter is awesome but the only thing nice about that house is its exterior and the living room. everything else is so cheap and ordinary that looks like the Eastlands flats. especially the washrooms, floor tiles, painting and the grills.

The only thing I love about this hse is the compound. Its not worth that amount. Total cost of that hse is not more than 15m on the higher end

As builder..an interior finisher i could a allocate key misses and the gypsum ceiling is an overkill...i wouldn't put my 25 million on it.
