at minute 5:57 ... he should have said "...and from here, your bigger kids will have the best views of the neighbors bedroom..." It is a nice house, bathroom tiling as usual is where everything falls apart however, I want to thank him for showing the actual sizes of the rooms unlike an earlier tour guide who used an extremely short focal length, making the rooms seem bigger.

At 12.6M you get to live 3 meters from your neighbors. Great presentation nonetheless, just try to avoid pointing out the obvious. Talk more about unique features, and don’t be afraid to call out faults. Keep up the good job.

Build your own house much later after your portfolio has grown. This way you can really choose where you want to live and who your neighbors are.
I understand that land is expensive and all. But no estate should be allowed to be built without sidewalks for people to walk and green areas to plant trees. Apart from that I could live with the size of the houses and the design.
