    I guess I'm a nerd in that way, but I find watching Supreme Court justices and their questioning during oral argument to be fascinating. Currently, I find myself in awe of Sotomayor, Scalia and Kagan in terms of their abilities to speak passionately and eloquently. Unlike so many currently and in the past, these three Justices go straight for to the jugular of the case, and I love that. BTW, as a law graduate, I'm very impressed by the moot court finalists here. Great work!!!

    justice sotomayor is on the panel.... she is actualy on the us supreme court

    I agree--I think the reason why it is so fascinating is because cameras aren't allowed in the real supreme court so these videos give us a chance to actually see them in action...

    obviously about first amendment rights. It seems like some kid is talking about religion and a teacher is prohibiting it. The kid is probably challenging the prohibition as violating his 1st amendment right. They're talking semi-public forum in a school since they are arguing Tinker, Hazelwood, etc.

    l love Free Speech but I hate religion so I'm really torn.
