Here’s my new mashup featuring two of the most epic soundtracks: Transformers ‘Arrival to earth’ by Steve Jablonsky and Gladiator ‘Now we are free’ by Hans Zimmer.
For this theme song mashup I used my Korg Kronos 61 and Korg Kronos 88. All the sounds you hear in this video are from the two Korg Synths.

The problem, i think, is that Jablonsky's theme lends itself almost entirely to a last stand, lost cause epic charge - where there's little hope of survival but they have to fight anyways because they have no choice. The romance of the lost cause and noble dedication to higher ideals. Means they have to keep setting up the same sort of situation.
