This Keystone Cougar fifth wheel is amazing Myles. The sofa is perfect, you could sleep 3 to 4 small kids on it or 2 bigger adults on it. I really like what they have done with their heat vents that is a unique design for the vents. Cougar is a great unit straight up and just does it right
I'm glad I found this particular video while researching this model. This man is thorough!! I'm looking to travel the US for about a year or two and I think this floor plan is perfect for my needs. The living room is awesome and spacious- enough space for gaming consoles near the tv, enough seating for guests(or my dogs), enough counter space in the kitchen for cooking, and i'd 86 the dinette and add a desk for working on the road. It would also make a great STR when i'm not using it. I'm completely enamored.
One thing you missed is the overhang at the back of the island (which is nicely curved) where you could put bar stools, if so inclined. I got a kick out of you lying on the big sofa to show how nice it would be to just be able to sit there and watch TV fully stretched out. Good demo on setting up the hide-a-bed one-handed. The slide-in kitchen counter, since you mentioned it, is the only one of its kind that I've seen and an impressive solution to an otherwise small kitchen. I also noticed that some of the cabinets don't have stiles maximizing storage. Great design. Also, a nice setup for dining and the table being able to slide side-to-side is more smart design. The bathroom and bedroom are a pretty standard design but attractively and thoughtfully done. I like the Brinkley the best but this certainly is a close second. Great tour. Nice RV.
LOVE the assist handle is changed. My grandson thought it would be funny to lock his mom inside my Passport. Luckily there is a back door and she got out. Don't know if she caught up with him....
I really like the grab bar going into the tv beside the solid steps. I need the security. Love the on demand water heater! Great forward pass through storage, as well! Great kitchen and living room. You’re right! The sofa is great! Great video! Great tv!
Myles, please DO take the time to pull out the couch/beds. For many of us looking for RV's it is a VERY important feature that is at the top of the Needs list when searching. Knowing whether it is a pull out, air coil, tri fold, how deep/long is important! Take someone with you to film if you need to!
That is a great living room. I love my 31 foot Highland Ridge 264RLS for the shorter length rear living room but this floor plan would be cool for some additional sleeping space for guests
We went to see this model last weekend…. The dining area is so small and uncomfortable. I am 5ft, 120lbs, my husband is 6ft, 190lbs it was extremely difficult getting in and out of the chairs, hitting the back walls, still sitting close to the table, definitely poor design. The cabinets do not have hinge arms, dead space under kitchen sink. The list goes on. I truly wanted to love this rig, because we have the 2016 cougar res and I love the L-Shaped couch… I will continue to wait for the one I can’t live without. Keystone needs to make several tweaks on this model.
its nice layout living room is great but I really thinnk since they cant fit the insignia they shouldve went with the bigger oven montana uses (that oven is not sufficient for hat model) and nicer counter tops
I have no idea. Right now we are not ordering any 2023 models to have sit in stock until we sell more of the 2022 models we have. This model is available to order now, but if you’re just wanting to see it in person, I do not know when that will be.
Our 2021 Cougar 368MBI didn’t come with a mattress. All it came with was a layer of cotton batting wrapped in a coverlet. We immediately had to go buy a real mattress.
This is a new floor plan that does not have published pricing. My number is on the screen throughout the video at various points. If you’re wanting to purchase it, you can contact me and I will go through the steps of acquiring a price to order one.
Nice camper but what a missed opportunity with that tiny dining slide. They really should have made the slide on that side much larger. It would have made more room in the kitchen. Not a fan of floor ducts. Makes it harder for rug placement.
It’s marine grade flooring that is resistant to water and comes with a 25yr warranty. Used in both the Cougar and Montana models that have both been the top selling in their class for over a decade straight. And I’ve never come across a customer with floor issues in a Cougar or Montana. Maybe there are some out there, but I’ve never met them.
seems to me a lot of corners were cut in various bizarre decisions to fit a ridiculous couch most people don't need. Love the window layout in the LR tho. The bedroom is dumb, just about everything about it. Bathrooms too small and silly. meh
Damn. I was alllll about this until they put that little oven in there. The full size insignia just needs to become the industry standard. It makes it so much more difficult to use the rv for all occasions or full time when its hard to cook in it. Ohh, and with a huge entertainment-centric living room give me a TV fit for the fight! Big TVs are so cheap these days! I want an 86" in that thing!
I hear you. The insignia takes away storage space below the over that many people still utilize, but many people love the insignia oven as well. Which honestly, I don’t really understand too much because my family has had RVs for over 15 years and no one ever expressed a need for a larger oven. What are people cooking in their RV?? Especially with air fryers and instapots and what not. I’m just amazed at how many people all of the sudden express a need for that size oven in an RV.
@@mylesrv Ive never understood the need for the storage underneath. The oven itself is sorage for those type of things. Ya, they gotta go somewhere while youre using it, but its like an hour... and I eould say the lak of "need" was just due to the fact it didnt exist. Now that people know, they want it. The small ovens just dont perform. Everything is un-even. You cant use normal cooking times, etc etc. I bake with my daughters, finish steaks, cook TONS of frozen pizzas, etc etc. An airfryer is a huge appliance for countertop space and uses tons of power. I boondock nearly all of the time when possible.

This is a sweet RV along with the sofa large enough to have people to visit. Even a nice sofa bed. This one feels like a home.
It’s so nice!

Love the pull out sofa! Would be perfect for family movie night! 😊🍿 🎥

Wish they made this rig with 1 1/2 baths! Even couples (especially older ones) find themselves needing the bathroom at the same time.

THIS LIVING ROOM IS THE BOMB!!!!! IVE ALWAYS WANTED A SECTIONAL IN A CAMPER…. THIS WILL MGO LIKE HOT CAKES!!!!!!!!
Can’t see anything I would want changed on this RV one of the best by far .
I like the way the living room is laid out.
Knocked it out of the park with this floor plan. I thought I loved my 3100 rd but now I want this lol.
That’s a cool floor plan too!
I love this set up!
Love this trailer!!! Just joined your Chanel and loving it.
Wow! That kitchen/living layout somewhat similar to the Momentum 395! I like it a lot!
🙌

Love the sofa, this is definitely the rv I want. I have a bike I want to be able to take with. I really love this one. Not much I would change.
Cougar is killin it!
Yes they are!
It’s Moreide
I love this floor plan.
Glad you love it!
@@mylesrv I'm amazed that they got this much room out of a sub 40 foot 5th wheel.
Does the sectional come apart as if I only wanted to keep the bed section and add a personal recliner and end table I already own?
U Fine Myles
That large 12 v. Refrigerator is awesome!
I love this!
Why is there a wetspot underneath the tank flush elbow joint Myles? Is it leaking because it's new??
I have no idea. Maybe the valve is open and someone turned on the faucet?
Love it!
May be just me but I would want a larger TV for that space. 50in is good for the bedroom but a living space that big I would put at least a 75!

Nicely impressive. You can turn comfortable seats into beds.
So when is this model gonna be in Dallas,Tx??

Kyle is there any model like this layout with a loft for the kids?
Do they make any without slide outs?
Are on demand water heaters gas and electric?

The new style hand rail is cool but it won't help keep your entry door closed like the old style railing does. Pro's and Con's to both styles
True
I love it!
Gorgeous unit love the living room space …but why isn’t the counter the same height all the way around the U ???
The center section telescopes into the section in the slide as it closes. If it were flush one could not pull the slide in.
Part of it is part of the slide out so they have to be at different levels to fit within each other for the slide to go in
@@mylesrv didn’t even think of that … /facepalm/ lol
Nice floor plan.

Can u order stainless steel appliances instead of black ??
Furrion does make a stainless steel color fridge
LOVE ❤
MSRP price?

I cant find a good review on Cougar. Was gonna buy a 316rls but I can't find any good reviews on any Keystone Products
I’m not sure I have a video on that exact model, but if it means anything, I sold my dad a Cougar fifth wheel after 3 years of filming RVs.
I’m disappointed that Cougar is using particle board on their bath deck. Not a good material for water spills or leaks especially in the bathroom.

it's very nice but why in the world did they put dining table in living room?
Where would you have recommended they put it?
@@mylesrv I'm not sure but not there maybe have a smaller Island?
Would you know the hitch weight? It's blank on the Keystone website. Nice unit definitely interested in it.
I don’t know. This is still a work in progress model and I don’t have any specs information that’s not shown in the video until it is released online
This would be the most perfect RV ever if it had a loft over the living room 😢
No nightstands in bedroom killed a sale for me.
Imperfect living area! Delete the rear window, pull the televator out and install an LG 85" tv. And a 75" LG tv in the bedroom.
Love everything except the bed space. Bed is smashed in and no place for cellphone or plug
I must hace forgot to show outlets because there are multiple in the bedroom.
Too hard to keep the back of that sofa clean if you use that countertop to prep food.
Maybe you could create a backsplash/divider to fit between.
Has a lot in common with the Sundance model!!!
