Are you holding the Pro controllers in claw? It doesnt mess with the cameras? I recently switched from Quest 2 controllers in claw grip to the Pro controllers in default grip and i really miss claw grip lol. I know claw grip isn't "in" anymore but it just works better for me since i always have trouble with controllers slipping from my hand, even with knuckle straps on. Claw grip just eliminates that

Yeah Claw grip sucks but after nearly 4 years, I can't switch away. My fingers just barely miss the tracking cameras and they don't hold on to it as well as they do on Quest 2 controllers, but it works.

For claw grip, would you recommend upgraded to the pro controllers with the metal 3 as you have? With the stock ones I have tracking issues on higher level songs like these, was hoping it would be fixed with the pros?

Claw grip sucks, and it's even worse on Pro controllers. As you've experienced, claw grip on Q3 controllers loses tracking a lot so you could either change grip or buy Pro controllers. But it's much better to change your grip to an actual good one (default, m grip) rather than spending $300 and remaining with a shit grip on a very non-clawable controller.
I'm still using Claw on Pro controllers because after 3 years I can't adapt to a different grip, and I got the Pro controllers as a gift.
