i had to use x264 as the encoder so the bitrate might be a bit bad. i had to do this for those extra vr frames

what you do is ultrafast preset and set the bitrate to like 50 megabit
( or use a constant rate factor of 15, yes the files are like 12 gb but who cares you can compress them after recording )
