I’m getting my son one of these packages for Christmas and I don’t really know how it works. Does it actually come with the Fortnite game or do I have to buy the game as well thank you.

I have my Razer desktop PC that I built in my home office with an LG 38 inch monitor, but in my living room LG 77 inch C3 TV, I have my Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, and now the PS5 hooked up. Right now I only play Marvel Rivals on PC since it is not cross progression. But I play Fortnite on both my PC and Xbox on the TV, but now I will use my PS5.
Does this come with a trial ps plus membership or do i need to purchase something. I am purchasing this for my son for Christmas and want to make sure I have what I need.
I don't think you need PS Plus for Fortnite. If you are just looking to get PS Plus in general, I would assume if you have not used it beforehand they will offer a trial. However, there is nothing additional about this Fortnite bundle that includes PS Plus
I do not have a definitive answer for you. If you buy it from another country, you should be prepared for it to be a gamble. When I did it with a Nintendo Switch, it did not work, Playstation might be different, but I have not tried it.
is there a time limit for when I can claim it because I redeemed it using the website but it's not showing and I don't have access to a ps5 for atleast 4 months so am I cooked?
Not necessarily. At some point, sure the price will drop. However, the Black Friday / Christmas sales are pretty good, and consoles don't generally drop price drastically
I don't understand your question? You can buy a PS5 without a disc drive and it will work for digital games. But if you want a disc, you need the disc drive

The game is free, but is not installed yet. You will have to download it once you set the PS5 up.
