We’re in VENICE!!! Stephanie, Michael and friends leave the chateau for a few weeks of splashing around in floods, sipping cocktails and gazing in awe at extraordinary art 🥂
If I was asked to choose my favourite vlog it would be those with Michael Patherick and Stephanie together. It is so much fun to watch. Venice, so far is my fav! I am 72 and live alone. This isolation is manageable watching both of your vlogs. Thank you so much for caring about your subscribers. Love from Vancouver 🇨🇦💕
Such a fun vlog! History, laughter, glamour, friends, good times! What’s not like? Thank you Stephanie and Michael 🥰 p.s. David, that was impressive transportation! 💪
Stephanie that jacket/coat is a showstopper! absolutely fabulous! Where did you get it? Love the information shared. Thanks for bringing Michael along, he's such a lovely compliment to you - he's gorgeous! (As are you) Much love from USA!

Wow Michael is dressed so sharp. Stephanie your coat is spectacular and just love it. Of course you need all those outfits! I have no idea what Michael was talking about! Lol☺️
I like the idea that David had his portrait sent on ahead to grace the chimney breast of your apartment… very elegant. I’ve watched these Venice vlogs countless times, I just adore them 🎆🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹
Everyone should watch all 3 parts of your Venice vlogs! As they are spectacular, informative, and full of laughter and happiness! I adore these videos the most!
Such a beautiful view from your hotel room. My dream is to go to Venice once the pandemic calls down in USA for traveling . Looks like a blast and Stephanie your laugh is contagious💛🧡🌻
I lived on the border of Austria and Bavaria many years .I spent almost every single holiday and long weekend in Italy. I was in Venice last in 2014. Having been there before I was prepared to spent alot of Euros but 20 Euro for a Cappuccino was Too much..lol.
To us normal peasants it would be hard with all that beautiful artwork m sculpture. But they grew up with it around all their lives so I'm sure they were quite used to it. I'd love to go to florence too
My visit of Venice was in 2006 and there were too many people there were no good digital cameras back then so pictures were very limited. Wishing to go back. Your history bit in the vlogs was fantastic thank you 🙏🏻
Venice is my favorite city I have visited so far.. It is a long flight from the USA though :-( It is on my bucket list to go back to stay longer, my trip was only one week and that is not enough time for Venice.
actresses I hardly think so they are exactly where they should be at the Chateau they are giving more that way than what they possibly could of being actresses I don't have much time for actresses but real people like Stephanie and her mom
OH this takes me back. I stayed in a convent on an island and would catch the early morning vaporettos to St Marco Square, I would get free rides as I was with the sisters (Nuns) The best memories of Venice and the pink lanterns .. very special place.
Hey I must have got lost somewhere you all are such good friends you can hear it in your laughter it is great why was the hotel flooding is there a hole in the roof ours because the taxi boat make things to water up to the rain up to the door that was a beautiful hope wherever you guys are staying places at Michaels such a gorgeous place thanks for sharing!!
Visited Venice many years ago and so enjoyed you taking us around with you. I think I need to go back again 🍾🍊🥂. Thank you for sharing Stephanie. You look fabulous 👌. Beautiful blessings Mandy 👑 SA
Stephanie and Michael you are both fabulous. You could both be lucrative virtual travel guides. We could sit in our armchairs at home and you two could take us on world travel adventures in your vlog. I went to Venice about 3 years ago, in February(winter) as well. It was brisk but not too cold. Amazing light in Venice it plays along the canals and buildings. We stayed in a palace type place...absolutely gorgeous. Yes it was cheaper in the off season. But there were so many tourists everywhere. Thank goodness we did not go in summer. Anyway we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I experienced more and saw more of Venice from Stephanie's vlog than actually being there. We didn't go to the bell tower. There were queues of tourists every where. Most fun part was catching a luxury boat ride from Marco Polo airport to our 'mini palace'. How many places in the world can you get a boat ride from the airport to your accomodation? Not many!!Great introduction to Venice!!! The grand canal ride in the luxury glass roofed launch with white leather interior seats and Venice coming into view from the water is etched in my memory. Loved it! I am so glad we went in the off season with no cruise ships and 'less' people but it was still crowded, by antipodean standards. Btw...loved your coat...I will look at curtaining and upholstery fabric in a whole new light. I guess with all your physical beauty and your natural grace you could make an old rag look glamorous!!!
I have been guiltily binging on your videos, especially these ones where you share the beauty of cities for one who is longing to travel … when the airlines get their stuff together. Thank you so much for the virtual travel and the history. BTW: I love your broached coat …it’s magnificent!
I laughed at the end when you poured all those drinks🍷 I was thinking they don’t mess around they have their drinks poured so they don’t have to wait for the next one until you called the rest in lol!
Lovely Stephanie, I too was in Venice last year for a week!! But need to go back again to see more!! I really enjoy watching your chateau Diaries. Keep the good work up!! 🙏🏻
i was fortunate to have been in Venice three times. Each time was exciting. I didn't find the people friendly until we invited them to have a glass of wine and "finger" food.
Yes, Michael was right, I studied art history at University, all the major well known painters of that time had teams of apprentices who assisted them with their large public works.
The lovely bridge of sighs, all it's carved marbled surfaces, glossy white in the moon light, above the sparkling watered canal. The lion represents St Mark and came from looted Constantinople (named for Roman emperor Constantine), The capitol of The Byzantium empire, the Eastern Roman empire. Truly, Venice is a miracle city. Imagine, all that beauty balanced on wooden stilts in mud. Awesome. Bailey's Irish cream is luscious, yum...e
We wouldn’t have been able to afford it in summer, but the great thing about going out of season, is that many places vastly reduce their prices. Also, going with a group of friends is a great way of being able to afford something more spectacular - it gets cheaper per person as it get bigger! And it’s more fun 😊
Stephanie, your personality is darling and you are full of life. Thank you for sharing your life with us 😘
Your knowledge of history is amazing , Stephanie your videos , interesting and and always lovely!👍🙋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🕊️
When Michael was carrying you and everyone was giggling like mad, I couldn't help but completely laugh and giggle along!

💖
You're right. I dont think it was just one. There was a master n all his apprentices who did the grunt work.
Michael in Venice… he’s a merchant. Lols
❤️🥂🍾
are there any castles in venice to be bought for a dollar or a tiny bit more. With one's own promise of renovation?
Can we talk about your brocade coat?
If you let the full ads play, it helps to support her channel !
So she can afford to take these vacations?

Does anyone know more about David? I wish he’d visit again!

Stephanie, please show us how you did your hair. Thanks x

Hi Stephanie and Micheal, I was just wondering if you two are a couple ? Love both of your vlogs👏💯🇨🇦👌
She is maybe 12 years older than he is, but whatever they want, I guess.
Loving the fact you have lots of frocks packed ❤️
It’s part of the joy of travelling. I love choosing what to take!
Some amazing pieces in that house for sure but they are all so confused when put together like that.
I wish you provided the information of the accommodation you stayed
👍👍❤

@@TheChateauDiaries I love Venice but how do they avoid mold, the vestibule of your apartment was under water...
The video turned a bit late 90s at 6 mins and I absolutely loved it.
What was the name of the classical music at the beginning of the video??
Shit! Take the keys! Take the keys!
Michael should have taken his shoes off and carried them
Dude, 6:38 that's a bad deal
You need to relax a little Michael is the main attraction
He is so handy you need to foucus in the chateau.
But you guys make a good couple
Michael and Stephanie are unique and would make such a perfect couple! You maybe do not know, but you are Soul mates.
