I know im 5 years too late to this video, but its so pleasing to watch someone who understands what theyre doing. Every single move i pause the video and consider the possibilities for each hand (to kinda play along and see what i would do in the situation), and like 95% of the time or more AFguides and i make the same choices. And every time we agree, its a winning move statiatically. I really wish they would make a standalone version of this mini-game on mobile or something, that has an online vs version thats just a bit kore balanced.
But for example: at times like 23:09..... it makes me wonder.... I wonder if he realized that opponent holding is losing, and that any SINGULAR draw is at a losing position for the opponent, meaning they would have to draw low twice in a row to stand a chance... OR if he saw that swapping like how he chose to do made ALL draws for opponent losing with him at 21 (ignoring enemy trump cards, and put him in a winning position not considering enemy trump cards) OR He saw oppertunity to get 21 and went "ooga booga, me get 21"

Hoffman has been through so much torture and transformations from normal to mold to something else. He probably won’t be going anywhere. At this point.
Hear me out, the second guy of the ten is the hardest (For this specific achievement). he will use so many shields to the point where you only deal one damage every other round. If you are conserving +2's for later rounds, he's really annoying because he takes so many resources early in. The game devs program each opponent to be better than the last, and the second one is at that point where he doesn't have nothing, but basically only blocks your attacks. Think of it like a spam blocker in mortal kombat lol
the 2nd guy removes all of his shields when he gets 2 or 3 shields on the deck, so u need a +2 or a perfect draw+, if u dont got any by the time u get to his fight then just restart

The thing I hate most about this mode is just how long it takes. It takes over an hour, and it's so tedious. You spend an hour getting to the last opponent and they just use cheat items to screw you over, and there goes an hour of your life. Why did they make this?

Like one time for the guy that has the trump card that raises your bet to 21, i used destroy on him literally 3 times and he still kept pulling that card out of his damp hole to use on me.
I thought survival would just be an endless mode where you have to last as long as you can and survival + is just a more difficult version of that but I guess I was wrong
when I first saw the finger gullotine i thought in my mind it would cut the finger side ways spliting it in half thank god I was wrong I mean having your finger cut off is painful but cutting side ways is the worse

Use what your opponent has as his face-up cards and your cards to find the odds of you busting and try to find out what the opponent's face-down card is. The Trump cards throw a wrench into things sometimes and sometimes you just get some damn bad luck, but doing the math is the best way to grab an advantage.
Damn.... Just got through my first time Survival+. First 8 without any damage, lost immediately in the first round against number 9 because dude got dealt a 21, then proceeded to completly wipe the floor. Fuck me, so close to the damageless playthrough......so close and yet so very ,very far away. What a shite. After complaining yesterday, I immediately got the no damage survival run, so at least, I might be able to win in the nearer future.
I am so done with this stupid mode. I just want the goddamn trophy! I got to the last enemy, got him to one more life-point, put all my trump cards into one last move, and I would have won, until he uses a card to simply start a new round. He defeated me in the next round afterwards. I am so angry and frustrated, this trophy/mode is just stupid and annoying.

You must mean NPCs, CPU is what's running your phone, computer, console and even your TV. NPCs is the bots.

On the last boss you have to use the destroy ++ to make him not be able to use any trump cards and then go all in for the kill.
