Hint: A polarizing filter removes all reflections. I like your review. I bought this very same mirror. I only wish it was 60 fps or even 120 fps, but it is very good. Good work!
Thanks, I tested some expensive dash cam which comes with polarising filter and you are right about getting rid of glare with that. 30 or 60 fps will give good smooth video but it create heat and also require better chipset which in turn more expensive.
Thank you for the video. I am about to install mine. The roads in your location are interesting, people going both ways on botj sides of the road.
Generally we drive on the right but when roads are narrow we do drive across on to the other side.

I have just bought this too. May I have your advice on how to flip the rear cam image horizontally? As it is left/right reversed, it's very confusing when reversing
Sorry, I no longer have this unit as I sold it to fund other product in my channel. I can't remember if there is a flip function for the camera, I will take this as a feed back and make sure including that in my demo next time :)
The video doesnt look like 4k dashcam. I have an oportunity to buy it for about 60$, thats the only reason i was searching for it. more is too much.
The problem with these cheaper camera is the compression rate, even at 4k it may not give you the details you find with for example my video camera I use to make this video. one minute the dash cam will make a video of 5Mb and my DSLR make 250Mb a minute.

HI Benson,I have the same dashcam, I have a question about this, the screen display always auto turns on while I am driving, it block the mirror and I have to push the off button on the bottom, but it keeps turning back on. Do you by any chance know the cause and how to fix it?
Not sure, try unplug the rear camera for a while and see if that is waking up the display? Just a guess as once off it should stay off
Did the GPS work?

As a 4k camera I think so too, the files are super compressed due to the cheaper chipset being used to reduce cost. I would say as a dash cam the footage is usable for police but no where near what a GoPro or my dslr. The rear camera is just not acceptable 🥹 For a dash can I recommend nextbase but if you need a mirror display and gps tagged video sub £100 this is as good as it gets 👍
