That's a great tip to let us know not to add any salt since the salt is already in the seasoning and sardines.

I bet this would ROCK with Riga sprats. If you're unfamiliar with these sardine-like little fish, they are little silver fish about the size of your pinky finger. They are smoked until they are golden, and then packed in a tin with oil. If you like sardines you will go CRAZY over sprats. And no, butter is NOT optional.
