So, i surf in Hampton nh all the time. The other day, i looked over and about 5 feet away from me was a seal from what i am finding in my research must have been a spotted seal. It was spotted, had a smaller nose, was about my height. Is there any chance they come down this far because i definitely know this is what it looked like. My friend was there and also got a good long look at it from about 8 feet away
