OMG these videos are so inspiring thank you share Mann. For a long time I was afraid to show my face because of my weird looks so I constantly kept a mask on even tho the mask mandate was lifted but this past week I was so angry at the fact that I was hiding myself from others because of fear that I decided today I would go to school without a mask. I wrote in my notes one sentence that helped me get through the day. “They can stare but I don’t care” I kept repeating it to myself and it really helped. I had an amazing day at school. I ignored the people that kept looking at me. I told myself that I will not let these jerks control and ruin my life. I felt free and happy. This is an example that there will always be people in the world who mock or make fun of you but don’t give in to their lies. You are the one in control of your life and it’s up to you to decide if you will let these people beat you down or if you will get up every time they beat you down.
