These are quick & easy to make for a weekend brunch. Zaatar you can now find in most supermarkets either in the spices section or international food aisles. The best bit is using a shop-bought croissant dough that you could use in a jiffy & only use 2 other main ingredients.

1 x Croissants ready-to-bake dough (6x59g)
2 tbsp zaatar ready mix
2-3 tbsp EV olive oil
Baking paper
Baking trays
Milk for glazing
🔥Pre-heat oven at 200C/ Gas 6/ 180C fan
🥣Mix in small bowl the zaatar & olive oil - check it makes a paste & not oily or dry paste. If you run out, make another batch
📥 Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
📝 Follow instructions on how to open dough packet. Unroll dough & use nice or pizza cutter to separate triangles.
🔺From the base of triangle, line with 1 tsp of zaatar & spread out not touching edges by 1cm.
🔻Taking base of triangle, roll dough up to the narrow point of triangle to form a croissant
🥐 Place croissant on lined-tray (with pointed end tucked under dough) & separately apart from eachother
🥛 Glaze with milk for a golden brown & flaky finish.
🔥 Place in middle shelf of oven & bake 10-15 mins until to your liking. Transfer to serving dish & allow to cool as zaatar will be hot! Enjoy 🥰🥐
