Through your tutorial, I have learned some great techniques and methods of application, which I can add to my "toolbox"!
Some tutorials I've seen on other sites are so overwhelming and obviously for the more experienced. They are using 3 concealers just for the eye, another 3 foundations plus bronzer, blush, shading...oh, and baking and on and on...Oh My! LOL! I need help just finding the right foundation!
I want to also thank you for using some brands that are extremely affordable and available right from the local drugstore and local mall!

I tried this look last night and I loved it! I wanted to tag Smitha but I'm not very photogenic and my camera phone just does not take good pictures at all. I might try again at a later date when I have all the correct makeup as I just used what I had. That cut crease is going to be my new thang! That was my first time trying it and it was so fun and it made me feel very professional.

I've never seen a make-up tutorial that didn't use $25-$30++ eyeshadow brushes! And I'm thankful that u show everything ur using instead of only telling viewers. It makes me really like ur videos better. The short amount of time that it took u to create this gorgeous & stunning look is what made me want to watch this tutorial. I had no idea u were going to use the kinds of brushes that are already in everyone's make-up collection that have bought an eyeshadow palette before!

smitha this really is a great technique. I have a hard time doing my eyeshadow because im not into brushes. I used to use my Fingers in applying them before but after i watched beauty gurus with their hundred of brushes i tried it. Glad to see that im not weird for preferring sponge applicator than brushes. Glad to see you and Cristine(simplynailogical) do this, helped me with my insecurities 😃😃

You’re so beautiful!! I’ve been into makeup for about 10 months now and I used to use super dark eyeshadows to hide the fact that I don’t have ANY lashes of my own. But I’ve bought pallets with similar colors and glitters that are light and cute since I’ve gotten the hang of using false lashes. This might be different for me since I have hooded eyes but I never lose hope!

Beautiful! I have been going back to tip applicators and blending with a concealer brush and having great results. I feel much more confident with the precise placement of pigment because I feel more confident in blending and creating different looks with this method. This is much closer to the methods I used in my younger days so it feels much more natural. It’s feels like the difference between painting with water colors and oil paints. 💕
Aren’t they so much easier? Make up doesn’t have to be too complicated, and using the simplest things makes it simple❤️

I have the stone cold fox palette and it has a couple of these matte with shimmer eyeshadows and they're so stunning in a swatch but I didnt know what to do with them, I always just thought to use like a regular matte in the crease but then you don't see the sparkles. I'm trying this today!

I love your videos so much! When I try to recreate the looks though, I realized I have a completely different eyelid type where these are hard to implement. I have very deep set eyes with large eyelids, where this makeup can look hollow. I'd love to see tutorials for looks like this!
Your eye makeup videos are always amazing and surprisingly simple. One thing I would add is that it gives a better idea of how the eye makeup will look if you can show the full face (be it with a nude lipstick) so one can get a feel of how this looks as a full makeup look. Overall beautiful video!
