Arguably the best game ever played by TEAM USA. For 90 minutes our boys played like a world class powerhouse. Friedel came so close to stopping that header, and yes, we got robbed. That ball was definitely in, but that is life. I just wish I could see our boys play with that effort, that passion, that pride in the red, white and blue again.
It's hard to play with pride when your fans are whiners, making up excuses that defy regular eyesight.

His hand was in a natural position.
He didn't move the hand to the ball.
He didn't have time to react in the chaos to move the hand away.
This means that it was _not_ a handball, even though it touched his hand.

Hard to say that the U.S would've won the game had the handball been called. But assuming they did, they could've beaten South Korea and then made the finals against Brazil. I doubt they win the final because of who was leading Brazil, but it would've been a remarkable run.

Reina y donovan eran unos crack !!
This German side is really impressive. They were such an average team and basically had only Ballack in the midfield and a giant of a goalkeeper in Kahn. Literally the best performance by a goalkeeper in a WC. Most Germans say that playing the final was never in their wildest imagination with a team like that. Yet they went all the way to the final and in a sense brought German football back after a decade of failures.

Germany getting away with a sneaky handball off the line.
@Hairizal Dahrin Nah, not the same. USA ball was literally going into the goal. In the Mex game, that would have been a reach to call a penalty, ball not even headed toward goal or anything...it even looked like O'Brien's arm might have been caught over the Mex shoulder forcing it into the ball accidentally.

Not just the best USA team ever but also one of the very best national teams to ever grace the field. They were basically playing a more rugged style of total football, each one of them ran through each and every blade of grass on the field. It's the epitome of playing like a well oiled machine, not a single player above the rest, no one star that everyone would be looking at and assisting to get goals, just all the parts of the system working together and doing their part to create a squad that although wasn't powerhouse definitely played like they were.
