This was played at my mother's funeral on my insistance a couple of weeks ago. It was always her favourite Mozart piece and the organist played it so well.
Rumour has it that Mozart wrote this piece while staying in Baden to visit his wife who was being treated there for pain in her leg. The local vicar, having heard that Mozart was in Baden, got in touch with him as he needed something new for the mass but Mozart replied he didn't have any notes for a mass with him - so he hastily wrote this piece within hours.

Whose arrangement is this by? This sounds really amazing and I would love to play it for my junior recital just to make things more interesting. I'm a bass major but I practice organ in my free time and my university hasnt had an organist in about 30 years.
