Watching him spam living flame with disintegrate procs hurt my soul as a devoker main
hurt me too as a dev main, but doesnt it feel kinda good to finally watch Pika do poorly on a class? He picks everything up so easily and then this makes me feel good about myself.
@Kenosay living flame does not work with disintegrate, ethernity surge does, but Pika clearly does not know that :)
The amt of time you went without using Disintegrate in that first round nearly made me melt into a pile of shit

I only play Devoker in PvE so idk about PvP but I noticed that you often have 3-6 charges and don't use disintegrate and say you don't know what to press. Maybe someone can confirm it or not but I think you've to use that more often. In PvE at least it does a ton of damage.
you are absolutely correct, he is wasting a ton of damage by having unused charges. Its akin to a warrior sitting at 100 rage for half the match.
He was likely the worst devoker i have ever seen, i am not even joking.

What addon are you using for the aug targets below your character?

As dev you always wanna switch between high hp targets since ur mastery. Shattering-surge-disintegrate each time until you wanna burst
Also need 70%+ mastery. and acidic hailstone treads + toxic patch embellishment for 30k deep chill hits
30k is a wet noodle with current hp

I like how you never take 5mins to get acquainted with your key binds before queuing, you just jump in.
I went from wrath to retail about 3m ago and want to try to get into pvp and arenas. What do you suggest to do with my CC macros. I listened to some guides and made arena 1,2,3 macros (3 keybinds) but with everything new and fast paced having to always check on what frame the healer is this time and pressing the corresponding keybinds is too overwhelming (and slow). Im now thinking to switch to simple but effective double keybinds for target and focus target and just always focus the healer. This way I when I see the focus casting or getting out of a CC I just hit the same key and it's done. Do you guys think this is a better approach or I should stick to bloated 3 binds and learn how to play with them?
123 is simple and efficient, you can try mouse over macros as well then you never have to target anyone works great for kicks and cc they don’t see it coming, can also us a 3 - 4 mod macro so for instance the mods are Shift 1 ctrl 1 alt 1 and they work on a different target but is still the same button ie kick or poly
@substance2226 I play with mouseover but you still have to move over to the frame / guy to cast it. And about the modifiers - yea, that's how I've done them - on the same button with a different mod. It's still 3 separate keybinds tho. I have to check frames first to see where the guy I wanna cc/interrupt is and the hit the bind for him. Im thinking that with simple focus macro it's gonna be way faster and become muscle memory - you see on the side that the focus is doing smth - bam!
@@Vexxille focus macros work as well, whatever you’re comfortable with bro. Download gladius for your frames as well
i play with the simple focus healer strat, if your in a shuffle with a dps that dr's with you maybe focus the off target to counter cc's with yours. arena 1,2,3 was never my jam. I do also play at elite level and rival on 11 other classes

Anyone notice how the aff is hard locked as a target every round? That spec is soooo trash.
2 reasons for that. 1 it has limited options to run, 2 you cant let them free cast because instead of blizzard addressing their easiness to kill, they just keep buffing their already super strong damage so now you definitely cant let them play the game or your instant dead

L class ? Really Pika ? First learn how to play it then talk. My respect to you. I saw you play Devoker, you clearly have no idea how to play this class. 1. Devoker has 1 shoot power, 2 i didnt saw you use the combo to kill a player with it.. i do solo arena and ALWAYS on top damage from 7 to 12 mil damage per round. Always 2-3 mil damage more than the second.
