- Embark on a calming walk across various American neighborhoods and suburbs under the calming spell of rain.
As we start, the persistent sound of the rain hitting the pavement and umbrella fills the air, creating a natural, soothing backdrop. The rainfall varies, with some drops landing on metal objects and creating a distinct, rhythmic sound, while others fall softly onto leaves and grass.
Moving further into the neighborhoods, the visual impact of the rain is equally striking. The familiar sights of suburban life seem more vibrant under the rain-washed sky. Streets are cleaner, appearing almost new, with the raindrops bringing a sense of renewal. Seen through the camera, every detail, from wet leaves to rooftops, seems more vivid. The combination of these sights and the continuous sound of the rain make for an immersive walking experience.

We began with a simple idea: share nature's visuals and sounds. Then, we saw the beauty in sharing the journey itself, not just the destination. Hence, this channel took its first steps, moving from static to dynamic.
We mainly film using a Sony FX30/E 11mm F1.8 camera and a Zhiyun Crane M3 gimbal for steady footage. Nature's sounds are recorded with a Zoom F6 and binaural microphones, and we polish the final product with Davinci Resolve Studio and Izotope RX.
The purpose of our videos is to provide an escape, potentially offering benefits such as relaxation, stress relief, and fostering a calming environment conducive to meditation, study, and sleep.

I remember the rainy days I was walking around Intel Facility(Hilsborough,Portland)way back in 2015 or so, added attraction was Black Berry bushes.

Every country would look beautiful if people take care to keep its public places clean. This is especially true for my country India, where the lack of civic sense and public hygiene of its inhabitants can be squarely blamed for keeping the country a chaotic, filthy mess.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I wholeheartedly agree with you regarding the car sounds. The challenge I face is that in my area, rain is very unpredictable. To even capture it on film, I have to be monitoring the weather radar, often on an hourly basis. When the rain starts, I have to rush out of my home, reach a location, set up my equipment, and hope that the rain doesn’t stop by the time I’m ready. All of this while balancing a full-time job. The cars unfortunately were just there.
