I swear I recognise the song the opera lady is singing from a movie or something. I can't for the life of me remember what it's called and it's really bothering me lol.
Edit - I remembered. At first I thought it was from "Mother", but it turns out it's from "Antichrist" and the song is called "Lascia Ch'io Pianga".
Is that really where it's from? People have been asking since the video was posted and no one's been able to figure it out! I'm going to look for the piece now!

I love the singing- it sounds so pristine - but i would never understand any word in opera style singing.

Hello there I am a average American who is sought therapy for many years and fail to find adequate relief but sounds of rain seem to be extremely therapeutic. Your entire industry should be aware that people are coming onto RUclips to listen to videos instead of talk to therapists the American people have to take their mental health into their own hands and they're moving farther away from an industry that has failed to do its job

You may remember times you didn't study and regretted it afterwards and thought to yourself "Man, if only I studied for that relatively short period, I wouldn't feel so bad about myself now." Now is the time everyone. Study hard and try and understand what you're studying, but don't forget to take regular breaks and stay healthy!

@@debramullaly1530 Nothing more beautiful than walking in the rain without a care in the world. A few times when the rain was SO heavy I thought to myself, "This is a bad idea. Just stop and go home". I'm glad I didn't listen to those thoughts and pushed through.
I miss the Northeast where i grew up so much. Thinking about moving back. Lots of people are moving away but its overrated. Same problems exist everywhere.
Well, you know that old saying, "Wherever you go. There you are". It's pretty valid. I've lived in many parts of this country and somehow always wind up back in the NE at some point. It just feels like home. Have to live where you're happy over anything else.

Zonker -That was one thing I always noticed about other walking videos - that they always seem in a rush and never stop for the little things. I told myself when I started this channel that I wanted to do a few different types of videos related to visuals and sounds, but for the walking ones, I wanted them to have a mood and make the viewers feel immersed, stopping to enjoy the little things - even birds and dogs.

Agreed! If I wasn't such a mess, I could have adjusted the exposure - but holding the phone in one hand and an umbrella in the other made it a bit difficult. It's kind of interesting just hearing and not seeing it though. Paints a picture in your minds eye.

Perfection! The visuals, the high quality audio, the mood, the ambience, the thunder and the opera singer - really !! Just looked and listened to this again…the part where you approach the Arcade and the first notes of the song start to caress you is like a dream sequence in a movie…
Wow. Thanks for inflating my ego with this comment! It was definitely a day where everything just fell into place as it should. I had a ton of requests to film another rain walk there so I did ( ruclips.net/video/HDvPFSeqpr4/видео.html ) and while it wasn't as perfect, I did capture some turtles. When I got lost and ended up at the arcade from the opposite direction, at the end of the video this time, I saw a wedding instead of an engagement and instead of an opera singer I saw a man playing what I believe is an Erhu instead of an opera singer.
