I'm 67. Sorry I missed the live program. 18 months Carnivore. I retired at 59 years old. I was in a horrible mess, mentally and physically until I became Carnivorous on July 4th, 2022.
Now, I am in the best shape of my life! Physically, mentally, spiritually! I started sprinting and following Dr O'Mara's strategies. I have goals and dreams now.

Definitely have more energy 30 days in. I've had acid reflux for a while, it hasn't gotten better or worse. You guys keep me fighting through it though to stay on track
Everyone's journey is different. It took 90 days for my full healing to kick in. Are you eating any dairy or sweeteners? You may want to check that if you are.
Hey Chief! Another joyful drive to work listening to you and Alex. I was intrigued by the ending where you spoke about where we are in the start of the worldwide Carnivore Revolution. Clearly it started in the United States 🇺🇲. However you have done much to bring the UK into the fight by giving airtime to the lead UK carnivores. You have also forged a strong bond with DC in Australia. He has now started a brilliant weekly panel called the Aussie connection 🇦🇺. Add in the likes of Maggie from Canada, Prof Bart Kay from NZ and Prof Tim Noakes from RSA and it is clear that we have a powerful international coalition. To borrow from Winston Churchill, Carnivore in 2024 will not be " The end, nor will it be the beginning of the end, but it may just be the end of the beginning." 💪

I'm 77 and watch you men and another dozen at least. Here's something to consider regarding Lives. It takes HOURS to watch everyone! I watch at 1.5 speed and sometimes 1.75 for slow talkers and there isn't enough time in the day. Then Dr. Chaffee comes out with 2 hour vlogs!!! There needs to be balance between your average 'daily-weekly' vlogs with occasional longer ones. Just something to keep in mind.

My son suggested carnivore for the severe tinnitus I have had for quite some time. I have started about 4 months ago.

@@carnivoresoldier I also have hearing loss and have been using hearing aids for over 10 years. It is very hard to tell if things have improved. It fluctuates up and down. Even during the course of a day. One thing has changed recently. I have got to turn down my hearing aids at times because sound is too loud. Sometimes I think the tinnitus has quieted down a bit during the day but at night when my hearing aids are off it comes roaring back. Tinnitus is not just in the ears, it is a hissing and humming sensation in the entire head. Thank you for asking. Dr Chaffee said there will be improvement with very strict carnivore and very high fat for tinnitus.

Hi from Australia. My understanding is that there was no such thing as a jeep brand. It was soldiers slang, contraction of two words; vehicle, general purpose. Gee- p.(jeep). Is this true?
Yes, Jeep came from GP. It was not officially branded Jeep until 1945 when the first CJ (Civillian Jeep) was released. Jeep was trademarked in 1950.
Awesome! My first Jeep experience was a CJ7. I now drive a 2019 JL with the 2.0 liter engine and am loving it.

Always good to see your interviews…Alex is so real in his interactions. The temps are plummeting here at Fort Rucker….hopefully soon I can talk with my friend who is a counselor to see her thoughts regarding this way of eating especially with the soldiers.
Ah yes, "Mother Rucker"! I was there in the winder of 2011 for WOCS and rememebr so well the freezing cold morning runs! Please let me know if I can help you our your contact who is a counselor on getting information on this way of eating to more active duty and veterans. I actually did a canrivore MRE FTX video for some active duty soldiers who follow my channel.

FYI.....carnivor works just as well after 70. Two years carnivor and counting.

Since going Carnivore I have lost all desire to drink that toxic crap (alcohol) and consider that as the best NSV for me. In my opinion alcohol addiction is a subset of sugar addiction. you must have sugar to create alcohol.
