Authentic Patatas Bravas with Chef Alex Fargas

In this video, I show you how we cook an authentic Patatas Bravas at my Spanish restaurant La Paloma in Hong Kong.
Patatas Bravas, meaning "Spicy Potato" in Spanish is a very famous and widely recognised dish in Spain. Comprising of crispy potato in a spicy aioli sauce with smokey paprika flavours, this dish is a fantastic tapas to enjoy with some drinks and cocktails, or as a starter dish to share with friends before a main course.
