there should be a train random event where it stops half way through the map and has traps/guns/cash reg. i think that'd be a cool event to potentially bring players to pvp as a sub obj, and it should be loud af with its horn

Man, wendigo wild target that would roam the map (mostly outside camps) and after fighting you to 50% HP it would try to run away to hide inside the mines.
I would freaking love a player count increase! Also im thinking of unforgiven the "give him water!" Scene for this map. Vertical gunfights using rocks for cover. Its going to be sick!

I been seeing an odd increase of videos about appalachia lately. Specifically showing random holes being found that are deep enough a person can fall in and not make it out. I'm conviced mole man is there.
I know they have been asked before and they talked about it a while ago, but they didn't bring up loadout changes mid match for Hunt 2.0. I know they mentioned looking into it and it's still on the ideas board. Seeing as they still have random maps contracts only, and with this new map being great for long and short range with verticality, I hope they touch on the idea to find a depo or something mid match again soon.
I really like the hallway style canyons leading into some of the compounds they featured, I always thought entering compounds should be a bit more risky. That rickety bridge to Lockbay Docks is such an awesome scenario when you're pushing or defending, but there's just no reason to use it when there are more open and sneaky ways to reach the compound right around the corner. I think I just really like this game when it's tight and confined, the best fights are in compounds that are heavily designed like Counter Strike maps, and the worst are ones where you feel like you're in DayZ getting shot from every tree and bush in the forest. I haven't been as active since DeSalle came out so I don't know it as well as the other 2, but it seems like they're really putting some love in for long range players too with this map. It's annoying to get domed walking into a compound from god knows where, but I think with the weapon limitations, intentional compound design, and now bullet dynamics this is the right game for someone who likes to play a stalker/sniper (Not talking about the average mosin player, more someone who goes out solo with a long scope and plays stealthy). I really hope they figure out a way to factor in zero'ing for snipers, scoped rifles are simply too good in DayZ but one of my favorite things they implemented is adjusting the range based on map knowledge and guessing distance, it really makes moving slowly and observing feel a lot more interactive than a game where you just hold crouch and wait for someone to come into your crosshair.

Okay I got an idea may be a hot take so the next thing they should add the the game is customizable Hunters that you have to pay for the accessories like that one Gilly suit off one of the free hunters that’s like a green cape with twigs in it and if you die you lose it all and have to re buy it in addition to the load outs so you could fully embrace stealth or just look cool you could keep it or not idk just an idea

Can they PLEASE remove the Lobby Penalty Timer.. it sucks being penalized for leaving a pre game lobby BUT YET.. You can leave during Loading up at "Waiting for Players" & still keep your hunters. Makes Zero sense.

Noon don't split the community. Hunt is so original and that's why it's still around. No reason to risk and split the community. We already have a mini"battle royale" type with the soul survivor mode. And that created enough controversy. Two game modes is enough... However.... Private game with no influence on your rank or items... Maybe.... Maybe....
Hunt doesn't need a TDM nor does most of the community want one. We don't need the mindless COD crowd flooding in here and ruining voip and the overall gameplay. What we need is custom lobbies.

Something concerning about the new verticality is that hunt can struggle with vertical audio (all games struggle with vertical audio to be fair).
I hope they FIX stuff and IMPROVE stuff. New map is all well & good. But "one" of the major reasons why I quit the game was the lag, glitches, etc.
