I am surpised with few comments and low view of this kind of videos .This is indeed a tool to transform people's life in practice , so aligned with Eckhart Tolle's books and speaches but much simper and understandable.I guess whenever anyone is ready the message in the video will get to him/her.
Hi Joseph, I’ve identified “what “ it is that triggers my fear, and consequently, the feeling of anxiety-like an elephant standing on my chest. When I fail, or am looked at as a failure, usually related with not providing material goods to family,primarily wife- I feel terrible about myself. The opposite is true when I come across with some financial plus for the home or family-it makes me feel good about myself, worthy. Too bad, I know. Sleep is the only time I rest from this. But the moment I open my eyes, it’s there waiting for me, and the thoughts about everywhere I’m in the red, and how I’m going to fix it , prevail. I’m working on meditation- about 5min every morning. It works but thus far it’s just an excersise-I don’t see it transforming me real soon. The more I learn(usually from people that have arrived), the higher up the bar is set. J.
The fact that if you let of overthinking you become like a blank page that could be re-written. The fact that intuition is an indispensable attribute towards development. You also enunciated that we truly find bliss in the moment, not in the past or the future.

Most of my time is consumed by the thought n fear of losing my parents. I struggle a lot with it. I am aware of the universal truth as well but... Could you guide me in this. Thankyou n Lord bless.
Any form of fear comes from the same root cause of thinking. The key is to let go of your thinking by asking if your thinking is helpful. Then to allow yourself to feel the emotion without the unnecessary commentary about it. Repeat until it has passed.
I feel fear and know what I need to do but really struggling to act to move forward. Like a scared rabbit immobilized. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you so much for writing your book & this video
This whole video was dedicated to this type of question and situation. We are more afraid of the feeling of fear than the event itself. Practice allowing yourself to feel the emotion. Feelings are meant to be felt, not avoided. The more you avoid, the worse it gets. What you confront and hold space for begins to dissipate. It helps to take deep breaths when we feel any emotion and to remember that it is just thinking that is causing the suffering. Then create a conscious intention to let go of the thinking. Know that you are okay and safe.
Is there anything i can do to overcome my fear, i feel fear everytime and keep thinking about it, i lose all my weekends, family times over the thinking patter i just keep thinking there is no way i am able to comeover from the negative thinking pattern..can you help me understanding what is wrong?😢

You can’t think your way about of it. Follow the steps in this video and tell yourself to stop thinking and you will experience peace when you do.
