  • Working at home can be a challenge and for many has really changed how we stay active during the day. There are some things you can do in your home office. I talk about using a stand up desk to get you up and moving. I focus on using balance boards to work different muscle groups while working. They allow you to get some fitness in and not slow down your work. You can use balance boards to encage muscles and not skip a beat in your workflow.
