I use a couple different balance boards but I completely agree with how this is really helpful for making a standing desk easier to use all day, every day. It's like fidgeting for my feet, and the active element isn't a gimmick, you're moving around more. It's much better than a static, standing-only position.
@@theTechNotice I'm really looking forward to use this. I've had back problems over 20 years, and last year I had disc herniation, still not fully recovered, so this board will definitely be used on a regular basis.
This randomly popped up on my feed after I randomly decided to try using my wobble board while using the standing desk and noticed really nice results. I often get really sore lower back from sitting or standing at the desk. Standing on the wobble board really helps with improving my posture, reducing slouching and the lower back pain is... just not there! My legs do get tired and I wonder if it's good for long term work, but I might try it for a month or so and see what happens.
I hate when people dislike these vids. I mean, seriously, this dude spends his own money to buy expensive stuff and shows us the complete build which many of us noobs couldn't do ourselves. Come on guys! Be realistic.
Lander desks are the best quality. I just purchased the U shaped stand up lander table and the best investment I did so far. It is a bit pricey though!

It’s awesome! I’ve had it for one day 😁 Nice review!
Whenever my back starts to hurt sitting down this board reminds me to stand up and use it, love this little thing ;)

There shouldn't be any long term bad effects coz you're not locking any joints in :)

Nice video. Thanks for good content.
Kiitos, Olli! :)
Your monitors sits too low when standing. Try aligning the top of your monitor to your eye level.
Yeah, That's true, I just can't lift the table any higher coz of the PC tower :D
@@theTechNotice can you prop the monitor only by adding a base under it?
very strange peace of board but it is so important for humans who stand a lot nice presentation
👍
Can you give us some standing desk recommendations?
