- We visit Taormina in winter, it's beautiful Greek theatre, shops and have lunch at a local restaurant. We also have my daughter Claudia visiting us here in Sicily for 4 days.

This is the best video I've seen of Taormina. Without the crush of tourists, I could enjoy the architecture, storefronts, etc. The glass-enclosed terrace was so beautiful.

i just met up with you this cold February night. i would like to express in words how the 2 videos i watched affected me. i use to live in Greece and the beauty, which is heart breaking, reminds me so much of the constant and real life beauty i once got to live daily. i like it that you video so wonderfully and take the time to capture everyday occurrences and don't make a false show of it. the everyday people, life, vegetation, culture, the sea, the rugged terrain speaks for itself! combined with your good eye to videography and excellent choice of music, makes me know you understand that you are very fortunate to be there. it is real. not glitch and touristy. really enjoyed watching Massi (forgive the spelling if incorrect) making a good dish with chicory and sausage. so simple and the best food of all! and thank you for giving some history. this is so important. it is so comforting to watch the people as you walk in town. the cafes. the markets....

Oh wonderful thanks 👏🏻 😊. I was born in Rome to an English mum and an Italian dad but we moved to Johannesburg South Africa when I was 5. I came back to Europe at 19, sorry it’s pretty complicated 😂
