Jenelle stopped using drugs. Big flippin deal. It doesn't give her automatic rights to Jace. Other than the drugs she's still the same old Jenelle. She can't even handle the kids she's got now. She's immediately stressed out and losing her shit anytime the kids are crying or being difficult. She's constantly irritated and pissy at Kaiser. Her attitude is still pretty much the same as when the show started. David is no different than any other loser she's dated and mated with. The guy is a creep. Her wanting Jace back is for her own selfish reasons and to feed her ego.It's so obvious that Jace doesn't want to live with her or even go there half the time. Jenelle just puts him on the spot or says ridiculous things that make him feel guilty or awkward so what do you expect he's going to say to her when she pulls that crap on him. Gracem2013 I understand that Janelle is not a perfect mother but who is maybe she could use a little bit of parenting classes but it is also not right that Barbara holds Chase ever Danelle all the time it's not fair to Jace to be put in the situations between the two of them they're both wrong in this situation Barber uses J's because she is on Teen Mom and gets paid I feel bad for Jace and I feel bad for Janelle because she has made something of herself she had went to school and college and graduated with a degree and it still isn't good enough for Barbara Janelle has proven herself that she doesn't do drugs and convert provide a stable home for Jays it's pretty clear and is then on TV that it Barber holds Jason very sad and for people to stick up for Barbara is just ridiculous she is doing more harm than good to Jace

I agree. ESPECIALLY with what I have been hearing about them recently. I am hearing that this guy David is abusing Jace and there is video footage that CPS has, proving this and Jace has run away from his Mom's house 3 times....once immediately following an alleged assault from this guy David....and now, he's been put in foster care. And apparently, this guy is a rage-aholic with a DANGEROUSLY large amount of guns and ammunition in his possession and he PROUDLY says he is not afraid to use it. I feel really bad for those poor kids.
I believe her. Barbara seems like a good person with her head on straight. She's not perfect, she yells and has a short temper, but she is stepping up for her grandson, caring for him and everything. She's not running around with random boyfriends like Jenelle. Jenelle is not stable enough for Jace, she is delusional and bratty. Every time, Jenelle and Barbara are together, they bring out the worst of each other.

Oh, Barbara. You don't have to explain to us about what happened at the restaurant. This was an act of sheer spite from Jenelle. Because you wouldn't let her see Jace (and you have a right to say yes or no since you have full custody, and there is no law or court order put in place yet), Jenelle and David videotaping you while having a moderate glass of wine at the restaurant was an avert attempt to change the opinion of any mediator or judge handling your case. First the kidnapping during the reunion show, and now this?! You know what? I hope Jenelle NEVER gains full custody of Jace after those two attempts! In fact, I hope the court takes away all parental rights away from her in regards to Jace.

Barbara honestly fills me with tears. What a mother will do for her child knows no bounds because I would have disowned that heathen of a child years ago. Barbara looks like she has lost the fight she's aged so quickly I'm sure due to stress and having to be a mom on top of a grandmother. Janelle has od'd how many times used the most vile language been to court, jail had the worst boyfriends done nothing with her life except keep having kids and being diagnosed with something new each season so she can take prescription drugs! I honestly feel so bad for her children and her mother she must never sleep with all the stress and worry. Crazy. Praying for the entire family that one day they will have peace 🙏

I can't help but find it hilarious that Barbara can't have a glass of wine with dinner but Jenelle was the one in the beginning who said she was a "good mother" while she was out partying through the night while Jace was just a baby. I laughed so hard when she and David said they "were for sure getting Jace back now." If Jace was going to live somewhere else, Jenelles's home would be the very last place. Not only that, you don't get drunk after one glass of wine with your dinner. She's embarrassing herself. A judge would laugh in her face. I've watched her from the very beginning and she has still not changed. She's still selfish, still a whore, still puts men first and her kids last and still an over all toxic person. Jace said so himself that he doesn't like going to his mom's house. Even if Jenelle does regain custody, I think Jace would ask to stay with his grandmother.

This show is enough evidence for a judge. Her constantly meeting new guys and getting knocked up should be enough to prove she's not stable enough to parent any of her children.

The only thing I'll say Barbara did wrong with this incident is that she let Jenelle pound on the door for an hour scaring Jace and his cousin. Barbara herself should've called the cops for that.

Jenelle has beautiful little baby's that need her attention, yes they might have everything a child could ask for but it doesn't make up for the love and attention you want from your parents. Maybe if she took time off of having a boyfriend her mother would give back her child! It feels like she only wants him when she has a man and another child .... Jace and Kieser are years apart she could have used those years to get her baby boy back then start a family. I know that little boy feels so left out and probably asks his grandma if his mother loves him.

heres the thing, jace specifically said before Barbara says ANYTHING, she asked him if he liked it there and he said no. if he doesnt want to go to his mothers he doesnt have to. I get my brother on visitations and sometimed he doesnt wanna go see our mom. and i dont make him. People go out who have children and they have a drink or two. does not mean they arent able to take care of their children. she has one glass of wine with her dinner and thats a problem. I've always felt bad for Barbara because she always had to deal with Jenelle and her attitude/ negligence with Jace. However, I stopped feeling bad for her once she started showing her true colors on season 2 and during the reunion when she called Jenelle unlovable. It's no wonder why she became the way she is. Any judge of course would see right through the recording. For starters David made a comment that came across in a way that made it seem like they previously threatened Barbara: "you should've just given us Jace." Or what, you'd try to ruin her life? Good job idiots, that's from your own recording.
Also a judge would want to know why they didn't block Barbara's car in a call the police if they really felt she was drunk and preparing to drive with 3 kids in the car. Including her own kid. Instead Janelle simply said "fine, go ahead and drive with the kids after you've been drinking." She didn't sound like a concerned mother or daughter at that point.
Janelle has done smaller similar versions of this stunt on her mother on every season of this show. It's sickening to watch.

As someone who has watched their story since 16 & pregnant, I 100% believe what Barb is saying and Jsce needs to stay with Barb where he has been all his life and has stability and is safe. giving him back to Janelle would be the worst thing the courts could do for this kid because she's unfit. She's not concerned with what's best for Jace, but that she gets to live out this fantasy nuclear family she so desperately wants but will never have because she keeps picking the same loser guy just in different packaging. And mark my words, when her and David breakup, she will stop thinking about Jace once again and probably lose custody of the 2 she has because her stability will crack again. At least until she finds the next loser and immediately start trying to have a baby with him in hopes of making him stay.

Barbara was SPOT on about David from day one. He's dangerous and terrifying. I am afraid that he's going to REALLY lose his temper one day and fire his gun either accidentally or on purpose and kill Jenelle. I hope to God that doesn't happen but David is a LOOSE cannon. Ya barbra isn't perfect. No human is perfect. But jenelle doesn't deserve custody of Jace. Jace is old enough to decide to go to ur house or not jenelle. Barbra only had one sip. She wasn't driving and drinking. Jenelle always makes a scene. Jenelle can't stand the truth is what it is. Jenelle is the worst mom I think I ever seen. So jenelle if Jace doesn't wanna go there's a reason behind it.
