Malia Ferry unfortunately, she got Kaiser and Ensley back and they are both living with her and David full time again along with Marissa as well even though Marissa testified against both her dad and Jenelle and stated that she did NOT want to go back and love with them but unfortunately, the stupid judge let David and Jenelle have all the kids back and they are living with them full tim again.. I call my grandma "mom" because she raised me. It used to make my real mom mad but it doesn't anymore (I'm 21), and I have always called her "mom " too. They are both his moms; it shouldn't be a big deal and hopefully Jenelle realizes this someday. Best of luck to all of them.

I agree that it can get confusing for a child and frustrating when he has to go back and forth between his mom and grandma’s house when other kids get to stay in one home. As sad as it is, luckily Kaiser and Gabriel are in the same situations, so Jace is not alone on that, but Jace’s father is not in his life, which the other kids have 😞

He lived with his grandma back then, she had primary custody of him. She hadn't given birth to him or even officially adopted him, but she was basically his mom.

It is PROVEN to do so. Statistics say it all! It is rare for a child to grow up well behaved, never in jail, good grades, goodness all around, pure self control, respect for themselves and authorities, manners, morals, compassion, etc ect. This may not be physical abuse in the eyes of CPS OR DHS, HOWEVER, this is just as bad as it is verbal, mentak, emotional abuse that a child should not be around this often. I understand disagreement and fights happen every now and then. But those are normal. This, this bickering, screaming, cussing, yelling, throwing things and fighting every same day is destructive for any child to go through. Especially on a daily basis like this! I KNow. I grew up in it and I was one of the rare kids who still kept straight A's, honors, college, diploma, never in trouble at school, never arrested, always !maintain high respect for all authoritative figures in any case, I have a great relationship with the Lord as I try serving him the best I can daily, I have my ducks in a row and I am one of the rare ones that beat statistics in the proven situations at hand that deal with verbal, physical, sexual, mental, and emotional abuse! It might NOT show up on negatively impacting a child's life while they are real young. But it will effect them in some ways more than one, once they become teens and adults. They won't know how to express their emotions, communicate in respectful manners towards others, without going crazy with abusive demeanor like this home does!!! Cps needs to get involved and although I don't agree with removing kids from their families unless it's dangerous, I feel that cps or dhs should be required to step in situations like this that have this much abusive language and abusive fighting even if it is just verbal. Life and death are in the power of the tongue God says. God also states the extreme power that our words bring. Everything we say, is spoken into existence. God created the world by HIS WORDS! WORDS! NOT HAMMER AND NAILS BUT WORDS! That alone, states how powerful words are regardless of our ability to see the damage done whether it be present or in the future of each individual affected by positive or negative words. We speak out futures into existence and even God says that words are sharper than a double-edged sword that pierces straight through the soul of each individual, dividing the soul with the words!!! That's deep! I believe after a while of proven fights like this, cps should be forced to step in and provide counseling for the family as a whole, one-on-one counseling therapy for each person individually, especially the kids and their feelings, AND, after at least 1 year straight of a (proven) actively working plan for them all to better understand each other, help each other, listen to each other without butting in, without speaking over the others, without cutting each other off and completely disregarded anything the other says, communicate, respect.each other's homes/thoughts/rules/boundaries/lifestyles,etc..and can come to an activity working game plan that helps them sit down, speak to each other in a very respectful, gentle, compromising ways that being them into a very successful agreement that works for ALL of them and has the best interests for each child first and foremost and provides the best endings for each child with each agreement. Kids do NOT need to grow up in a home that is so filled with pain, hurt, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, addictions, alcoholism, fighting, bitterness, resentment, hatred, grudges, unforgiving environment, ungrateful, inappropriate language in every sentence in the mouth of each person there, and grow up in such a disrespectful abusive and extremely angry environment on a day-to-day basis, from birth, toddler years, childhood, pre-teen years, teenage years, and early adulthood! Rachel Danielle Hayes I don't know how things work in the US, but in the UK social services are reluctant to take kids away unless they are at risk of physical harm. Most children being emotionally abused are either too young to understand it's wrong/tell anyone, or they run away when they are old enough.

The difference between Jace and Kaiser is, for one, her age, and, for two, she has the money now that she didn’t have then to raise a kid, but her mom did have what it takes to raise him, which is why she signed him over, and the courts don’t care how many kids you go on to have after number one. They look at the better of the two environments, and Barb is more stable, not on drugs, has a real job, and doesn’t bring multiple criminals around Jace like Jenelle does. If Jenelle really loved and wanted Jace back, she would’ve gotten clean, stayed single, and took some parenting classes, but instead she hopped from one criminal to a next, popped out more babies, broke up with these guys (who were using her for fame and money), and didn’t do anything to up her fitness as a parent. This fight will sadly go on till Jace is 18, but that doesn’t matter because the damage has already been done, and let’s not forget that he was abandoned by his sperm donor. This kid is screwed in all aspects of life because of the “adults” in his life😢

Watching these old clips & she still sounds like a broken record. What's crazy is, back when Janelle was W/Nathan, he would amp her up saying you need your son back but was never consistent when seeing him. Jace would go weeks w/o seeing Janelle because she was sick or some injury. You earn the name Mom from your baby when you raise, nurture, bond & take care of them. I feel so bad for all her kids, they will repeat this cycle of instability & verbal/mental & yes I believe physical abuse.
I so wish Jenelle could sort her life out. She needs to ditch the guys and focus on herself then maybe her whole dynamic with Barbs and Jace would maybe improve and maybe their family would start slotting back into place as it should be. Barbs is loving but not in the way jenelle seeks. Barbs doesn't say she loves her or hugs her and that seems to be what she wants. Growing up with negativity makes her a destructive person looking for destruction. But then I don't see what it's really like off camera. Plus her bi-polar on top of it will make it worse. Plus barbs and janelle are so alike. They both don't listen to each other so they always butt heads. If they could learn to listen to each other and respect each other's opinions they would get on so much better!

I feel this: I ended up calling my step-dad who raised me ‘dad’. I know it upsets my biological father that I call him dad, but my step-dad has been there for me for me since I was 3 years old and feels like more of a father to me.

I call my grandma "mom" because she raised me. It used to make my real mom mad but it doesn't anymore (I'm 21), and I have always called her "mom " too. They are both his moms; it shouldn't be a big deal and hopefully Jenelle realizes this someday. Best of luck to all of them.

This screaming all day every day is showing constant disrespect and undermined authority on all of their parts which will result in negative impacts on all kids involved as teens and young adults. It is PROVEN to do so. Statistics say it all! It is rare for a child to grow up well behaved, never in jail, good grades, goodness all around, pure self control, respect for themselves and authorities, manners, morals, compassion, etc ect.
This may not be physical abuse in the eyes of CPS OR DHS, HOWEVER, this is just as bad as it is verbal, mentak, emotional abuse that a child should not be around this often. I understand disagreement and fights happen every now and then. But those are normal. This, this bickering, screaming, cussing, yelling, throwing things and fighting every same day is destructive for any child to go through. Especially on a daily basis like this! I KNow. I grew up in it and I was one of the rare kids who still kept straight A's, honors, college, diploma, never in trouble at school, never arrested, always !maintain high respect for all authoritative figures in any case, I have a great relationship with the Lord as I try serving him the best I can daily, I have my ducks in a row and I am one of the rare ones that beat statistics in the proven situations at hand that deal with verbal, physical, sexual, mental, and emotional abuse!
It might NOT show up on negatively impacting a child's life while they are real young. But it will effect them in some ways more than one, once they become teens and adults. They won't know how to express their emotions, communicate in respectful manners towards others, without going crazy with abusive demeanor like this home does!!!
Cps needs to get involved and although I don't agree with removing kids from their families unless it's dangerous, I feel that cps or dhs should be required to step in situations like this that have this much abusive language and abusive fighting even if it is just verbal. Life and death are in the power of the tongue God says. God also states the extreme power that our words bring. Everything we say, is spoken into existence. God created the world by HIS WORDS! WORDS! NOT HAMMER AND NAILS BUT WORDS!

I believe after a while of proven fights like this, cps should be forced to step in and provide counseling for the family as a whole, one-on-one counseling therapy for each person individually, especially the kids and their feelings, AND, after at least 1 year straight of a (proven) actively working plan for them all to better understand each other, help each other, listen to each other without butting in, without speaking over the others, without cutting each other off and completely disregarded anything the other says, communicate, respect.each other's homes/thoughts/rules/boundaries/lifestyles,etc..and can come to an activity working game plan that helps them sit down, speak to each other in a very respectful, gentle, compromising ways that being them into a very successful agreement that works for ALL of them and has the best interests for each child first and foremost and provides the best endings for each child with each agreement.
Kids do NOT need to grow up in a home that is so filled with pain, hurt, anger, sadness, depression, anxiety, addictions, alcoholism, fighting, bitterness, resentment, hatred, grudges, unforgiving environment, ungrateful, inappropriate language in every sentence in the mouth of each person there, and grow up in such a disrespectful abusive and extremely angry environment on a day-to-day basis, from birth, toddler years, childhood, pre-teen years, teenage years, and early adulthood! This is not healthy for any child and will destroy them in every way and has a high risk to be proven for the child to be extremely troubled life filled with actions/ways that are disrespectful, hateful, rebellious, ignorant, arrogant, defiant, in and out of juvenile-jails-prisons, drugs, alcohol, and young death, and ultimately a life filled with failures, low self esteem, worthlessness, and not caring about life at all and are unfortunately, UNSUCCESSFUL IN EVERYTHING THEY DO!

Most children being emotionally abused are either too young to understand it's wrong/tell anyone, or they run away when they are old enough.

The difference between Jace and Kaiser is, for one, her age, and, for two, she has the money now that she didn’t have then to raise a kid, but her mom did have what it takes to raise him, which is why she signed him over, and the courts don’t care how many kids you go on to have after number one. They look at the better of the two environments, and Barb is more stable, not on drugs, has a real job, and doesn’t bring multiple criminals around Jace like Jenelle does. If Jenelle really loved and wanted Jace back, she would’ve gotten clean, stayed single, and took some parenting classes, but instead she hopped from one criminal to a next, popped out more babies, broke up with these guys (who were using her for fame and money), and didn’t do anything to up her fitness as a parent. This fight will sadly go on till Jace is 18, but that doesn’t matter because the damage has already been done, and let’s not forget that he was abandoned by his sperm donor. This kid is screwed in all aspects of life because of the “adults” in his life😢

Watching these old clips & she still sounds like a broken record. What's crazy is, back when Janelle was W/Nathan, he would amp her up saying you need your son back but was never consistent when seeing him. Jace would go weeks w/o seeing Janelle because she was sick or some injury. You earn the name Mom from your baby when you raise, nurture, bond & take care of them. I feel so bad for all her kids, they will repeat this cycle of instability & verbal/mental & yes I believe physical abuse.

Barbs is loving but not in the way jenelle seeks. Barbs doesn't say she loves her or hugs her and that seems to be what she wants. I don't care what anyone says, Janelle is Jace's mother and Barbara is Jace's grandmother. Barbara should not be allowing him to call her his mother because she isn't. Mother's make mistakes too. Yes it's a shame Janelle couldn't be in Jace's life like she should have been but she's trying to make it right now so why continuously punish her for it? Barbara is a great grandmother. She took over when need be but Jace needs his mother now.
Nycolbe Braddy Jace's grandmother has been raising him since he was born. Janelle signed her rights away a long as time ago. A mom isn't who pusses the kid out but who takes care of them the person who is there when they are sick.
But at the same time it’s his choice to call her mom. He said it willingly that’s who he sees as his “mom.” My father died in a car accident before I was born. I have a step dad and I call him dad. He’s always been my dad, my biological fathers families okay with that because well that’s who raised me and pays for me and supports me. He calls me his daughter. So why can’t jace just call her mom, she’s been there the whole time. Barb gave her many chances before and she blew them.

I really pray for Jenelle's kids, and all kids bring raised in abusive and unstable homes.. breaks my heart😞💔
