Great review. Love my 36s and these seem like more of the same but the changes they made I won’t mind them. Traction and lockdown are most important to me, and the zoom strobel+forefoot zoom double stack is amazing (have the kyrie infinity)
i guess you won't like the KD 15's with terrible heel lockdown but average (for basketball shoes) traction

Nice review! Having a hard time coping these with the materials not being premium and the looks being mediocre - it doesn’t really scream Jordan 37. I would’ve guessed westbrooks

Nice review! Very informative. By the way, were you able replace your pair with a new one? Did you still experience any issues with the carbon fiber on the replacement pair?
They are like Jordan 28 with better heel cushion …have same performance locked in feel as 28 with bounce in forefoot. Zoom separate still my shoe of the year because of comfort, grip and cushion.
I kind of wish that they weren’t thin. But I love the design and color way. Definitely using these for fashion wear

I love the shoe! I've had mine a few days now and the only "gripe" that I have is that the heel TPU caging for the Formula 23 foam wedge is a little too stiff. A softer rubber would really enhance the heel cushioning since there's no heel air.
As I am looking a new shoe for hooping I wanted to know that whether the leno weave in the front are durable or not???

Those blue ortholite insoles are the cheapest and least durable Nike makes. They feel great at first but they bottom out extremely quick. I'm a big fan of the mold to your feet insoles, especially with any kind of zoom strobal. It's the opposite of ortholite, starts out bad but gets better & better.
Agreed. What I was getting at is they offer a better feeling of the zoom right off the bat. Ya they’re def flimsy and cheap, probably won’t last the lifetime of the shoe to be honest. Once the other style are broken in they are very nice!

It’s possible, but with over 30 hrs in so far they keep getting better. I think since the foam is so Damn thick it would take a while!!
My same model is also cracking at the carbon fiber shank as well smh
Leno weave don't need break in time, because they just break after you use them at professional level. 😜
10:49 carbon cracking is concerning, looking fwd to the update on the replacement
i had a pair and within an hour of playing ball it developed a crack in the carbon.. promptly returned to the nike store and exchanged. i think it's going to be a huge issue with these. 36s are 100x more comfortable in every way, but the 37s feel more stable and nimble by comparison
How is the arch support. I have flat feet, I own the 34 they fit good. But the Jordan 35, 36 have very high arch support.
The last few 30s have been pretty cool

Hey Steve - I've been looking at this shoe now that its hit discount in the $110-120 range. Would you say it is more wide foot friendly than the lebron 20? The LBJ 20 true to size gives me some discomfort on the pinkies and edges of my feet.
I would size up. They are about the same width in terms of fit.

Good morning. About the crack in the carbon plate, was it really a defect? Was it resolved or did you let it go?
I never pursued a new pair. It def cracked while playing in them.

Is this more bouncy than the AJ36? Im a volleyball player and the main performance i need from a shoe is the pure bounce and forefoot energy transfer.

Nike/JB has a program. Call them, you have 24 months of your shoes fail. They will get you a voucher for you to use.

Traction wise you can’t forsure, but on concrete, you may bust through that upper quick.

Aesthetics-wise, the 33 and the 34 were the last good-looking Jordans imo. I respect that Kuerbis has set aside the luxury aspect of Jordans and is focused 100% on the technology, but I only wear Jordans for lifestyle and most of his designs aren't for me.

Got a pair and send those back. The ankle support is a joke. It is effectively like a low-top shoe.
It's a pass trash shoe. After all your good personal review.. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE IT OUT FOR A ALMOST 1 INCH CRACK IN THE SHANK PLATE. THAT EQUALS THE SHOE FAILING. Which makes the shoe a bad purchase.
