Nah man, nothing there was taken from any movie. That was all raw as it was live in person. A fan named Ron was handed the microphone and allowed to sing. This was the day before they headlined at Bonnaroo music festival in 2008. How do I know this? Because I was a few feet behind him as he was singing. This was a secret gig fan club members were emailed about a week before it happened and encouraged to enter a contest for a chance to win. 12 people won and were allowed to bring a guest. They had us meet at a park across the street before the show. All they told us was there would be a “surprise, of which would be a mystery, but you will not be disappointed.” As we stood there waiting, we were brainstorming what we thought the surprise might be. Someone joked “it might be a private show,” causing everyone to laugh.
