It's really as simple as SSG was just a little bit better all year long. Even stats/wins/etc. you can compare across the board. Legend took that roster to another level.

If CTLL is legit, I really think they will be a good team. Last Shot gets crazy damage and accuracy. Lucid is one of the best in the game. Cykul is a beast, and Trippy, although inconsistent, can have really good games. I would like to see them dominate next year

fuck no, aPG was a guarantee double (sometimes triple) neg in slayers. It was possible for us to beat Faze with aPG out for another obj but even with Penguin it was impossible to beat ssg because of how stacked they are now with Legend. Penguin and Trippy are just not viable for a chip anymore

I’m a hardcore Optic fan but watching Tommy since December of 2021 lifted my head up from some pretty dark times in my life. He gave me something to watch and marvel at. This season is going to be a storm for my emotions. While I am a high on Optic fan, I will ALWAYS be a Tommy “Lucid” Wilson fan too. It’s a shame it had to end this way but all good things can’t last forever on this world.
