Hi Mauro! Great question! The sizing should be the same in both. If you need any help, please give one of our Fit Experts a call at 800-743-3206 and we'll be happy to help!
Hello Jessica, I have a question, I want to buy those shoes, I usually use size 11.5 nike. My question is my foot is 28.5 cm and the shoes are 29.5 cm do you think that is enough or should I get size 12 (30 cms), I usually run 10 kms 3 times a week.
Hi Monica! Great question and that's no fun! If you're experiencing plantar fasciitis, it will be that much more important for you to get into the right constructed type of shoe! If you're close to one of our retail locations, we do a free evaluation to help get you in the right kind of shoe depending on your arch type. You can also give one of our Awesome Fit Experts a call at 800-743-3206 and we can help there too! We would not want to risk further injury by recommending a shoe for you without knowing a little about the mechanics of your foot.
Monica. Nike flex is probably a better choice for plantar fasciitis. I dealt with it. Thanks to taping and the shoes I was able to over come it. The flex has a firmer sole and support cushion in them, Which is what you need to support that arch. Also maybe look into going in and getting an insole for your shoes. Taping has been a must for me. But I will forever love my Nike flexes.
Hi Brandon! Thanks for your question! So far the feedback has been pretty consistent on the overall fit of Nike Free RN's. We would recommend going up 1/2 size from your dress shoe, or sticking with the same size you are in your regular running shoes! Feel free to give one of our awesome fit experts a call at 800-743-3206 if there is anything else we can try to help with!
I will have to get a pair of the black/white Flyknits!

Nike paid them to do this “Review”. That’s why it’s so on the surface.
Useless review. These shoes were promoted as a "short distance" shoe. What if someone runs 10 miles to half marathons?!
pegasus
