I typically use a concealer (like Tarte shape tape) and I set that with a translucent powder.

I LOVE this look! Angela you are so good at putting together colors and you have clearly perfected your technique. Now all you need is your own makeup line! I can see you creating palettes and making sure they can stand alone without any other products but mascara & lashes
