Hello Adam great video! Could you explain a bit more about the filter "fullfillment status equals fullfilled" and how to use it? I am scared of sending an email asking for a review if I am not sure he has recieved the product. Greetings from Spain :)
Do you have anything like ShipStation installed, so you can be sure there is an event metric for when a customer has received their order? Otherwise it'll be based on fulfilled order (generally) plus x time period.
Hey. Super great content. I have a question. How do you get the Review button to go directly to the Item they purchased to leave a review.. ? So far, i can only direct them to the store and they would have to physically search for the product to leave a review. So im finding its to much effort for the customer and im not getting the reviews i need on my store.. Thank you

@@MagnetMonster I am using judge me product reviews which I no longer would like to use. Ideally I wish this to happen through klayvio. I would like to give them a discount for leaving a review but there is no way to tell which ones left to offer them this

Thanks Andre! You can configure them within Klaviyo as transactional emails and manage them this way.
how do you go about setting it up so klayvio can track when someone purchases? I can't even get to that part. something with the api?
You need to integrate Klaviyo correctly from the beginning correctly and this will track automatically. Are you on Shopify or another platform?

You can redirect to the product URL by pulling in the dynamic event data.

You are correct. This was added before switching live to not clash with the VIP flow/post-purchase repeat buyers flow, I just didn't want to re-record the whole video again after noticing it after watching it back!
