This was my favourite farming strat, bit bummed out by these heavy nerfs. I also don't really understand why GGG felt the need either. They would most likely have been balanced as they were, simply due to the fact that most expensive scarabs are incredibly rare. Deli orbs also generally require a pretty powerful character and the restricted availability of deli orbs in general makes it easy for the economy to adapt to the output by simply raising the prices. This in turn makes running regular deli a viable option as a farming strat. Right now, deli is just there to increase quant in most farms. As it stands, skittering deli orbs would have to go as low as 10-15c for me to touch them again and even then I wonder if they're sufficiently powerful compared to other strategies. At that price point, nobody wants to farm them or try to convert other deli orbs into skitterings. I suppose you can still run one deli orb strat due to the degenerate map burners but it really doesn't feel the same.
The problem arent skittering but the weightning on getting them. I was farming double faster and double rewards on normal maps for 3 hours and made 0 skitterings than i bought juice for 2 div to swap it to skitterings but didnt get any in 40 tries so i am done with this....
I don't understand everything makes money right now. Blight is crazy money, corpses are spiking, expedition is crazy money, just do content you like and don't even worry about what the meta streamer money maker is
I got hard baited to cf champ for deli this league. A week in I know it’s not too late to reroll but, feels bad not being able to make much currency after the investment
Yo bro you can totally blast literally every other mechanic in maps and have a good time. CF wasn't just deli, that was just a fun endgame farm I liked to do
nothing about the build got changed? Farm anything else, you could've used carto deli orbs and dropped maps which sell for 8-10c ea in bulk while people were map fishing for div chance. don't blame the build for lack of adaptation.
Run Heists, Blights and Expeditions. As long as you don't hit phys reduction, you can pretty much farm logbooks (and heist blueprints/non-pinnacle bosses)
@@TripolarBear oh man I am having fun blasting these harbies. When I meant reroll and invest I mean for the deli setup when I was broke and banked it on skittering orbs . I was just sold on this build for deli but discovered this league what else it can do.
divination deli orb are even worse now they don't drop any cards just stacked deck , on 80% delirium 19x rewards i got 65 decks in previous leagues i got around 70-110 stacked deck and shitload of cards. deli orbs are dead af.
Affliction turned me into a standard andy. Unless they come out with something that feels like I dreamt it up I will likely be in standard until I stop playing PoE.

what's the best way to farm scarabs now? or is that since everyone has some, they bulk sell to an aggregator.
skitterring is the best way to farm scarab it just not high profit in returns

This is just another league where a bug gave no lifers and streamers a fountain of divines and then they banned it now that the economy is ducked lol.
Ya i dumped all my maps and got nothing and have been absolutely struggling its very frustrating

if you had 19 rewards you got 76 decks, you always get 1 card per reward now.
Made 30 div per hour with deli maps this league but skitterings are dead I agree so I quit the skittering after like 5 maps
