Story behind the video:
This time I wanted to create something special again. I chose the song "Spectrum" by Zedd (vocals of Matthew Koma). Three months ago I discovered Zedd and after listening to his first (and only) album I immediately decided I wanted to cover one of his songs. For the ones that don't know him yet: Zedd is a Russian-German electronic music producer and DJ. He primarily produces in the electro house genre and is currently rated number 51 by DJ mag. Since Zedd also started as a pianist (before starting in a band as a drummer and producing EDM later) he particularly got my attention and can certainly be called an inspiration.
My arrangements starts with the piano intro (written by Zedd) followed by the verses and chorus of the original mixed with a little bit of my own. I really tried to make something special with both a solid (but slightly different) arrangement and also a visual image with different camera angels. I hope you like it ;)

Zedds cover is better
There's nothing really wrong the tempo here as others are saying, to me. Even though this is an EDM song, it has phrasing, especially along Koma's melody (obviously since it's a vocal) and that isn't coming out in the piano melody here, and that almost pulls the air out of your lungs as a listener because you couldn't sing it that way. Still very wonderful to listen to.

With 2 audio cables connected to my audio interface (the focusrite scarlett 2i4) which is connected to my pc. The software I use for recording the initial sound is Cubase.

Si bien que j'essaye moi aussi de l'apprendre en essayant de reprendre une à une les touches... mais si possible pourrais-tu publier des partitions car je trouve dommage de laisser autant de fans dans la déception ;)

This is great, but imo the major drawback is only the tempo. If only it's a bit slower, it will sound perfectly
