I think she is massively underrated atm, which is wild looking back at season 1
Shes always underrated unless she is hard meta. I feel like thats how its always been.
I find her design (not so much her balance) extremely well done. She has an incredibly fun gameplay loop of well timed good protection equaling damage output.

I love using her. Her weapon looks so cool man, and when you get the formula down she can truly be a killing machine. So satisfying to use and such a beautiful HUD
A good zarya that times we'll can literally hold 2-3 people down from a point holding corners by herself. She's nutty
@@supersatan7089 ong bruh. Sometimes I can hold the whole payload by myself while waiting for my team to Respawn. I just need a corner and smart usage of my bubbles. Infact most of the time I catch a few bodies by the time my team makes it back
this helped a lot 👍 i am new to OW and zarya is the only tank i have fun playing, but i have no gamesense so i knew i wasnt using her to her full potential. i was making a lot of mistakes mentioned in the video but now i know what to look for in my plays

I know this is a bad mindset, but when IAM fully charged with zarya... My mind switch's off cause I don't need it anymore and I get down to business with any enemy insight😂😂
I think my main problem with Zarya is that I try too hard to bubble teammates and too often I get 0 charge from them, when I could gain charge much more easily by just being selfish which is something I am always very conscious about as a support main.

Great guide! One thing though, You said in the Orisa guide that Zarya was a bad matchup for Orisa and in this one you said the opposite. Which one is it?

I start playing Zarya after the bubble buff (from 11s to 10s) and I enjoy her a lots below Master
Any good Zarya on console mind telling me what sense they use? Not sure what’s good for her whether to play 100-100 or use a slower one for her

I lost too orisa hog for 6 games straight, started winning the most recent one and then he switched to hog and we drew. I obviously am doing something horrendously wrong

Zarya is a beast in lower ranks. I've spawn trapped entire trickling teams. But there is always an issue. I need a team Xbox
Why does her secondary fire have so much recoil on console or am I bugging does anyone know how to fit it
I appreciate the guide! However, one of the tips said not to reload when you still have half ammo, yet that's what you're doing in nearly all the clips lol

Probably Winston. Him and bastion are the true hard counters to her imo

Honestly an amazing guide but i do disagree with the match ups, zarya is amazing against orisa, amazing against dva and sigma
slip up on the zarya vs orisa match-up, heavily favours zarya
as for dva and sigma, if you're playing against bad players, sure. but its frontline vs angles as i said. a good dva will beat a good zarya on paraiso or dorado.
I honestly think zarya is bad for the game, the fact that nothing can deal damage to her while she is bubbled is broken AF. Not even Ram can punch through it... So stupid
She can still be displaced by winston ult, rein pin, orisa spin etc. also its only 200hp so plenty of counterplay. Orisa fortify is more broken defensive cooldown
You know you can pop the bubble right??? She's the squishy of the Tanks but can melt squishies as well
@@Alex_Aramayo I posted this as a sigma main, and when I'd swap Winston my team wouldn't dive with me. Now I'm damage and i swap to bastion and I mow that bitch down as soon as she uses her second bubble. Usually the healers are not ready for it. You're right though, she can die easy
@chandlerdutton6033 no wonder you were complaining, Zarya is the bane of Sigmas but so is Bastion to Zarya
@@Alex_Aramayo facts. Sigma isn't going to win that fight most the time even if he's got a healer. Bastion can melt through both shields in a few secs while in turret form so ya, he's a hard counter. Atleast while in his turret. I agree with you 100%.
