- Hello, this is TimetoCook again.
Today, I prepared Jangheung Samhap rice pot. Jangheung is my mother's hometown.
In Jangheung, there is a Samhap that we are familiar with, or rather, a Samhap that is unique to Jangheung.
It is a Samhap made with beef, scallops, and shiitake mushrooms, which are Jangheung's specialties.
In fact, it is common to grill all three ingredients and eat them together, but I made rice pot with these three ingredients.

표고밑동도 버리지않고 밥지을때 같이 육수에 넣으면 더 맛있을것 같네요 ㅎㅎ솥밥 진짜 좋아하는데...맛있겠다!
맞아요 ㅎㅎ 아니면 찌개나 국끓일때 써도 좋죠
