Prayers for this family.This is so tragic.These young kids have to grow up without their mother for bad choices.My heart goes out😢

As a retired EMS First Responder, I'm pleasantly surprised to NOT hear them keep referring to it as an 'Accident', as many sources often do. Why all the annoying questions, especially the redundant ones. Exactly, officer...Bad Decisions, with No Sugarcoating It.⚘️♥️
Eh, alcoholism is an addiction and disease that also affects the brain. It isn't the same as judging someone making a conscious decision. For example, we understand that a really drunk woman's "consent" to sex doesn't count bc the decision-making part of her brain has been obviously affected.

Drinking isn’t a crime. Her actions afterwards were.
Actions taken with an impaired mind due to intoxication.
Another human waste that destroys lives. I hope she goes to jail !
@hr7055,..as someone who’s been on both sides of the “drinking & driving” spectrum, this tragedy could’ve been avoided, so regardless of her “disease of alcoholism”, it was a CONSCIOUS DECISION by Ms. Escobar to drink that much alcohol in the first place & then get behind the wheel to drive, while intoxicated, the next morning on her way to work! This is sooo tragic & my thoughts n prayers go out to the victim’s family! 😢🙏

My car was HIT by a 3rd time DUI (Within 10 years) in February - this makes it a FELONY - I have followed her court records and I want the BOOK thrown at this person because she could have killed my NIECE who was driving my car... It is sad because the DUI DRIVER after her 2nd DUI had to complete substance abuse courses - and THEN get's behind the wheel AGAIN... I told my niece "We are going to NEWLIN UP on this one"...
