- U.S. Marine Corps Force Recon | Close Quarters Tactics Training
Force Reconnaissance is one of the U.S. Marine Corps' special operations capable forces. Employed as part of the Marine Air Ground Task Force, reconnaissance teams provide timely information to the supported commander to shape and influence the battlefield. Force Recon units are the commander’s eyes and ears on the battlefield.

caught me off guard too LOL
lmfao
Role player played his role to perfection
People don’t realize this is training and that you go slow when training to get it down perfect, but I suppose people never think about that.
Spot on. If you take your time to practice something to a very good standard, you will then get quicker at that same standard. Try to rush things in the learning stage and it will just be a sloppy mess
There's no point in burning through these exercises, men get killed if muscle memory isn't 100%, and if every single movement isn't calculated to cool perfection
Even high trained seals don’t burst in those rooms like high cocained crack head, so I don’t get why ppl get mad when they get to see spec ops operators not going full Rambo on these cqb vids
Well spoken Comrade
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast...
slow is smooth, smooth is fast
Can you explain that??
@@X88-n4z to me it means to take it slow and methodical, not sacrifice fundamental for speed. not miss any steps, synchronized gliding movement, like some kind of flow which in the end is faster than trying rush through process and could possibly cause error
@@X88-n4z Ask yourself. If you were with a squad practicing this for the 1st time; would you want someone running in there like a jackass with LIVE rounds? Or would you rather gradually work up slowly, methodically, tactfully and build a tempo. That’s why guys become brothers through training. It takes time, patience, and reps. It’s WORK. They control the tempo. Not some nerd in the comments.
Slow is just slow - efficient is smooth and fast.
@@SOjuice this is range speed, if doing dynamic entry the operators will usually enter really fast to beat reaction time of the people in the room who might shoot at them.
There are several videos of former SOF explaining this.
Never thought I’d say this but I miss Okinawa. Training overseas is something most of us take for granted. 0311, 2/4 Joker 🃏
Agreed. Koza City used to be the spot when I was there....in '91
How on earth do you get al this footage
By being on earth
It's released by the Department of Defense. All service branches have public affairs servicemembers who document and record military training and operations, ultimately so the public knows where their tax dollars are going and to justify spending.

I"m happy to see Marines getting ambi safety switches on their M4's. We didn't have those in the Army when I was in.
God, give me one opportunity to shove my 88M knowledge into the already desecrated 11B ego.
All the M4A1’s in regular Army have have ambi safeties now
@@Bravo4sendit That's wonderful to hear. But I left active duty in 2009. I left the Army Reserves in 2014. Never saw an ambi switch.
the standard 0311 marine has this gear or even better, the marine core has been putting in a lot of money and effort to equip infantry marines with better gear. It's honestly great to see
@@underratedcritic1983 Yeah I got out in 2016 and everything was ambi switches in around 2014. Then when I was in the guard everything got milled to full auto instead of burst. Now I have a few buddies still in that have the new rifles.

Dont understand why a lot of them are disconnected from the gun when entering….
Below you will find comments from simps and rubes
Force should be part of MARSOC / SOCOM as primary Deep / Special Recon unit. MAGTF would still have Battalion Recon.
air force still has its own special recon, and army has got all sorts of recon units including the 75th ranger recon.
@@williamzhu9160 Air Force actually gets more and better training.
@Trap Lord Ghost hello cutie pie
FYI MARSOC took all of the force recon companies in 2006. Without getting into it, they have overlapping differences and similarities. They each report to two different commands. Force Recon came back in 2008 due to the need by conventional commands. Bottom line, politics played a large factor in losing/regaining Force Recon.
@@Lifechanging99999 I just have a little to understand, the MARSOC absorbed the units formed in the CQB of the recon forces ... and now the recon forces are reforming in the CQB ??? What will be the difference with the marsoc now?

I love your content
Say what you want recruiting, cleared OPSEDC etc. This is way too much for you tube displaying TTP's that current. I still have yet to see China, Russia, NK and VEO's display but why just watch us a learn.
Everything you see is nothing to hide. literally basic tactics you learn in boot camp. Everyone knows what an m4 is, or what nods they're using. Every modernized military train like this. Again, nothing in this video is worth hiding.
I've been there c night I've been there
It's crazy and it's slow
I've been there on this training it's crazy

What are they shooting?
Why do they not have better gear smh
The gear doesn’t make the soldier if it works why change it
@@tactical_airsoftteam2046 you’d know from what? Airsoft? Cmon now.

Very slow......it should be quick

No
It should be slow
its training
This is whats wrong with our military today and ever since the day it was acceptable to release military knowledge on the internet , the mass population has no idea what they step into when they start learning these things from the internet , I personally believe these kinds of knowledge should not be shown to the world because we have enemies who can benefit from videos as this and other military videos ...
@Jordan Hughes if u want this kind of knowledge than u shoukd join the military... If a radical civilian sees knowledge like this they will use it for their convenient purpose ...you fool ...join the military as many do dont take knowledge the easy way ...
This footage is sanitized to the level of trolling the public. Military wannabes eat this up. You can tell by the comments.
This isn't super secret high level stuff anyways. UF pro has plenty of videos on CQB. Nothing here is secret or something you cant find with a RUclips search
As the creator of this video, nothing here is special
@@silvasilva7008 cqb knowledge isn’t secret lol
I want to do this all day.
Wtf look at the targets.... look like conservatives
Why do they all have their nods on when they’re obviously not using them ?
Why simply not put it in the backpack for those who have one, or just lift them for those who don’t ?
Because it’s a 24/7 op. Better to have them prepped and mounted. Not to mention, some of those rooms may not have a light source. 🤯 ding ding ding.
Train how you fight. We fight at night mostly.
Always carry more than you need when it comes to training. You'll almost never see Marines with Main Packs that weigh 100+ Pounds in Combat but you'll definitely see them train with it.
Buildings are dark
I was talking specifically about the position of the nods. It’s alright to have them on the helmet as you could need it quickly, the question was : why they don’t lift them up rather than keeping them in their direct sight of view.
We can see some guys that have their nods lifted, so it doesn’t fuck their situational awareness.
CQB is terrible guys! No time to cuddle next to the fatal funnel! Kill or being killed!
Equipment are awesome!
its called fighting from the threshold, it's a valid tactic
@@poctordepper4469 ofcause yes! Three simple pillars holds the success of any CQB fighting! Specially in an close proximity areas!
1. Speed
2. Aggression
3. Surprise
Already they have lost two of them mate!
@@siemens6429 in some situations, using a doorway as cover from outside the room in order to engage threats inside the room is favorable to a dynamic entry. These guys know what they're doing, moving straight into a room without pieing it from the outside isn't always a good idea.
@@poctordepper4469 in your meaning case, yes its true! Taking cover and clean it!
I mean in a surgical situation this will never work! Appreciate your ideas!
Better to pie a room then just rushing in when you arnt pressed for time
The first 30 seconds says it all:
Mop haircuts, touching the face, slouching...
The Corps sure ain't what it used to be. No doubt these guys will same something similar 10-20 years from now. Oh well. It is what it is, I guess...

@@jordanpereira8326 This is not a sandwich making, you cannot repair shit training by a few tips. CQB requires a thousands of hours of training. 5 years active duty para talking btw. How much experiences does you have Jordan?
Ur a keyboard worrier also it’s training
I can’t believe those guys are “special force” very low level.
This is the right way to train. We aren't seeing them in Full Force. You have to go slow multiple times through rehearsals then move your way to tearing shit up.
