It's actually interesting because the name of one of her status, "Rusalka" is a reference to the early concepts of mermaids with one of its origins from the Rusalkas of Russia. Not to mention Vila has a mermaid tail because it was from her mother's origin
Rusalka is a typical feminine entity in slavic foklore, they are varied often malicious or benevolent spirits and they are associated with water. They also had other names such as Vodyanista ("She is from the water" or "Water Maiden") in Northern Russia.
Why are people saying Tooth Fairy has died? Can only one Healer be relevant at a time?
People are hyperfocusing on the crit support/healer aspect of Vila in comparison to TF and ignoring the subtle differences that set them apart. Like how Vila works best with a single crit DPS while TF works better with multiple crit DPS like in 4 man teams.

No doubt Vila was made for Marcus, they trying to milk those who pulled for Marcus so they made the best support for her 💀. Depending on how long Rusalka lasts and how easy is it to manage her buffs, we’ll see how strong she is, but for now she is looking broken especially that I3 Heal
From the small number above the Rusalka icon, it looks like it lasts for 3 turns!
@@jackeveeohh so I think with that if you cheese it or properly manage your AP well, you can always ensure you have Rusalka all that is left is the numbers

I don think tf will die 'cause she is more focused "crit-debuff" that does not take turn to cast with mass "crit heal"
Vila is structured as focusing on "one" ally with mental dammage(marcus and melania probably) and the heal ammount would be similar anyway even though she is in rusalka status. They both have dispel and if you did proper setting to tf then there are no case where the crit does not occur on tf's ult.
They actually are doing same things. Both are healer. They are just focusing on different thing and has different Afflatus

@@bagasnugrahasaputra7115Don't listen to the other guy, the TF & Cent banner is a bad bait for F2P and light spenders, since you can't gurantee TF now, making it risky.
You can hold out until 1.6, Yenisei is a 5* healer that is more focused defensively, and is extremely good despite not being a 6*. You will get her while pulling for Jiu so it's practically a free healer.
For now, you can use Balloon Party, and cope a bit with Ulu if pulling for Spath, or maybe use Ezra if you pull him.
