i followed all the steps mentioned, for example i last charged my airpods case to 81 percent and in 24 hours its came down to 58 percent without even using it once , is this expected ?
I’ve had the same issue. And Apple has been useless in fixing it. Still in warranty, they even sent them out for service. Which did nothing but send it back to me with the same issue. I also have the 3rd gen from two years ago. They sit in a drawer, mostly unused. Last charge to them was 3mo ago. I checked the charge on them recently. Pods 100%. Case 81%. The percentage on my pros will drop to 80% in one day, without any usage. 🙄
@@srabchun same with me , i gave them because its in warranty and they checked and sent it to another city and they came back saying its normal and they couldn’t find anything unusual
when i check my charge status the case is always on 100% and never goes down even when i charge my airpods. does anyone know how to fix it
That case is never going to die
disconnect them from your iphone, then hold the button on the back for 16 seconds and it should make a chime and then it should be fixed, i had the same issue

my problem is that when i put them on charge all night then wake up the next day the case has no charge but the airpods do. please help me my firmware is also stuck on 4E71, i already tried to reset them but that didn't work for me multiple times. PLEASE HELP
its possible that iff you are using a wireless charger your charging block is not sufficient enough to support charging your phone and AirPods simultaneously
I started by opening my AirPods case and it was charging all night…
The case is 100%, the left earbud is 100%, and the right earbud is at 6% charge lol.. 🤦🏻♂️

how do i stop my airpod pro 2 case battery from draining while both of airpod are in the case? i didnt even use airpod and i can see the case battery % decreasing.

You forgot the one with disabling find my feature which fixed the problem for a lot of users, including me

you just completely disabled find my for everything?
