Just in case you're not the one, you can renew from your account area. Log in to your hosting account and click on Billing > My invoices and you'll see and invoice for the hosting. Click to view it and pay.

You'll have to get the domain EPP code from your Whogohost dashboard (Domain section). With the code, you can transfer to any registrar.
