I worked with Mr Courtney on a UK feature film called 'Legacy' in 2022. The film won the 'Pinewood Studios Global Lift off' Award. Dave was quality, and I had several lengthy chats with him onset, during filming breaks. Got a few pics of me and him on my phone as well. we were all very sad when we heard he had died.
